- Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax - This is a studio with no separate bedroom. - 1 designated parking spot in the Coast Walk parking garage (shared). - No Smoking - Parties/events are not permitted. - You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. - Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. Please provide information such as Breed, size and age of the pet. Owner will confirm if allowed and what the fee will be. - As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us. - Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking. Neighboring guests staying with us in one of our other units may briefly pass along the exterior walkway in front of the unit as they head toward Prospect Street. This is a private, guest-only route and is not open to the public. For added privacy, the windows feature a privacy glass laminate that prevents visibility into the home, even when the blinds are open.
