The Ashworth HOA and house rules are in place to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests.
Please review the following before booking:
Rental agreement and ID upload:
To ensure a smooth check-in, a rental agreement and ID upload are required after booking. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of our favorite local spots.
∙ Primary renter must be 21 years or older
∙ No pets, including emotional support animals
∙ No smoking anywhere on the property (inside or outside)
∙ No parties or events
∙ Quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM
∙ Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
∙ Two parking passes are provided per unit and must be displayed at all times
∙ Wristbands are required to access resort amenities (8 provided with the unit)
∙ Motorcycles, golf carts, RVs, boats, and trailers are not permitted per HOA rules

Resort amenities are professionally maintained by the Ashworth HOA and are a guest favorite. For safety and enjoyment, please observe the following:
∙ Swim at your own risk; children must be supervised at all times
∙ Hot tub use is limited to guests 14 and older

∙ Indoor pool heating: September–May (not heated June–August)
∙ No glass is permitted around pools or patios (plastic cups are provided)
∙ Please rinse off sand before entering the pools
∙ Outdoor showers are available for guest use
Charcoal Grills
Charcoal grills are maintained by the HOA and available for guest use. Charcoal is not provided. Please use grills responsibly and at your own discretion.
