The pictures did not match the inside. It was old, moldy and very sandy on the floor. It is a close walk to the beach however.

Place was clean, with great immediate access to the beach. It wasn't great doing all the research I did to be slammed with crazy cleaning and insurance fees before booking--I was too tired to try to search elsewhere once these fees were added. Also, The parking instructions could have been more specific, as we were given a car from the rental that was much too big for the space and had to take it back once we learned the dimensions (SUVs will not work in this space FYI). The furniture in the space is not great, it's a bit too big for the space so it's awkward trying to scoot in chairs and navigate tables, but it is good that we had access to a fridge, microwave, and dishwasher.

We were a little surprised that the patio was not attached to the unit and that the old propane heater was the first thing you saw when you walked in the door, but we quickly calmed down and enjoyed the space. it grow on us over the serval days we were there. The location is amazing and it had nice bedding and it was clean and compfortable.

Enjoyable place to stay with family or friends

I have rented this property during a previous stay with my husband and kids and really enjoyed it. This trip was with a small (4 total) group of friends. The location is perfect. Be aware that because of it's location many people rent in the area and will pass by the rental at all hours, some are not courteous to those who have spent the day at the beach and are exhausted but the property owner has bo control over that. of the night

Great location!

Just steps to the boardwalk and beach! Awesome food around the condo. Do NOT get anything bigger than a compact SUV for a rental car. Parking is very tight! Overall, great condo! Stayed for 5 days!

Great Location

Perfect location with private parking. Which was priceless at the beach. Lots for fun stuff and eatery’s around. Manager was awesome and easy to get ahold of. Great vacation for our family!!!

Perfect location for a family!

My family of 4 (parents,teen and toddler) loved staying in this mission beach rental. Literally steps to the boardwalk, restaurants, bars and Belmont park. The layout was perfect to play games and cook meals. We literally didn’t get in our car the entire stay. We will absolutely be back!

Great Location

This cute little place was in walking distance to shops and restaurants. It had all the amenities for a beach stay, including beach towels and chairs. It also had toys for kids to play in the sand. Just steps to the beach and driving to Sea World and the Zoo was very easy. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beware the parking spot is tight.

The house was great! Walking distance to Belmont Park. We were a bit disappointed that we didn’t have a ocean view from our windows however we just had to walk out the door and it was right there. We would definitely stay here again!

Beach vacation

Place was nice. A little sandy upon entering but it's the beach. We cleaned up often with a broom. Know that it's a rear unit, with no view of the beach/ocean. We kind of misinterpreted the listing and were disappointed. But close to the beach and water/boardwalk. A little noisy but felt safe. Good for kids. Overall good place for a beach vacation.

Great location

Overall it served our need for a great location and for the most part it was clean. Some broken blinds, couch needs to be replaced as it’s old with no support and the queen mattress sags a lot. Linens are old too. Even with the water bucket outside, sand gets everywhere and there needs to be a broom available for guest use… no AC but some old portable unit in the closet that if we weren’t too lazy could try and figure it out. There were large fans in the closet as well, but the rooms are way too small to even consider taking them out. No ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms. To be honest, these things did not bother us… as we were too exhausted from playing at the beach to care. We would stay here again…

Very convenient spot right on the boardwalk and close to everything you need.

This was a great place to stay and close and convenient to all shopping, dining and beach. You can rent bikes, umbrellas and surfing equipment. The kids loved boogie boarding. There is also a great amusement park right on the boardwalk that my kids loved. You can walk to everything. The weather can't be beat! The property is efficient, you have pretty much everything you need. The only thing missing was a cork screw/bottle opener (not a deal breaker). I also wish there was a little pantry or cabinet to store dry food (also not a deal breaker). The only thing that bothered me was the noise level at night and early morning. Sometimes people could be loud late at night and then the trash trucks come around early in the morning. But we did sleep with the windows open since there is no a/c (which there is no need for). If you're an early bird then it's no biggie. All in all, it's a great place to stay and I would stay there again.

Location, location, location

First, I'd like to say that this rental was perfectly located and was well-equipped with the necessities. Communication was great with the property manager, and we didn't run into any issues. Now let's dive into the details. I'll start with the cons: 1. Thin ceilings. There are people living above the unit and when we didn't have a TV or sound machine on, we could hear their conversations and footsteps. But, this wasn't that inconvenient because we were mostly out of the unit or had something on to drown out the noise. 2. Unit gets hot, but there are fans (floor and ceiling) and a portable AC unit. The AC unit seemed to generate more hot air than cool air. (I think there's a piece missing on the back.) We kept the door open in the evening to bring in the cool breeze, which was fine until we started smelling cigarette smoke. Pros 1. Parking situatuon is so-so, but hey, at least there's parking.There's a spot in front of the unit that shares a space with the next-door neighbor. The space is fine if you and the neighbor have small cars. If you have an SUV or larger, it may be a tight squeeze. We got lucky because there was no one there when we parked so I was able to adjust the SUV to park as close as we could to the wall. When we left, there was a small car parked next to us, so we had to pull out of the space to pack the passenger sides of the car. There is a tandem 3-spot parking spot shared with the neighbors, first come first serve. This is more inconvenient, though, because you could be blocked by 1 or 2 cars, or you could be blocking someone and be asked to move. 2. Beautifully located. Once we parked, we didn't have to use the car once, because the beach was right there and all the shops, activities, and restaurants were right there. 3. Greatly furnished. Everything we needed was there, including a Keurig, dishes, soap, shampoo, conditioner, beds, couch, TV with basic cable, and beach supplies (chair, sand toys, boogie board). I wish I knew about the beach supplies before buying ours. 4. Easy-to-follow instructions. Again, the communication was great with the property manager and we were able to get in and find the unit without issues. We got to the property about 30 minutes before check-in and the manager was great about letting us go in early and responded quickly. Overall, I'd be happy to stay here again.

Great location and access to beach. Unit is in back and does not have beach view. Patio is old and is shared. Beach flies will congregate if you grill anything. Rooms are towards the back and blinds are broken making it hot and bright in the mornings. Price is right though and proximity to beach is ideal. Parking is ideal as well.

Fantastic location!

The place is great and the property manager is very responsive and communicative. Amazing tacos, pizza an Belmont Park just steps away, not to mention the amazing beach!
