This is a full 4-unit buyout — four distinct, comfortable suites arranged around a shared courtyard. Each suite functions independently with its own private entrance via smart lock, so groups can come and go freely without disturbing one another. The setup gives you the flexibility of a private home with the bonus of built-in separation: perfect if your group has different sleep schedules, wants to host different activities in different zones, or simply values breathing room. All units share access to the heart of the property — a fully fenced outdoor entertainment area designed for group bonding.



BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS



8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms distributed across the four suites. You have the space and facilities for a genuine group retreat without anyone feeling cramped or waiting in line for the shower. Extra pillows, blankets, and bed linens are provided.



KITCHENS & DINING



Each suite includes a fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer — everything you need for cooking together or dividing kitchen duties across groups. Dishes, silverware, cookware, and baking sheets are provided. The outdoor dining area extends your eating and gathering space into fresh air, ideal for breakfasts before adventures or casual dinners cooked on the grill.

Each suite features a living area with mini-split A/C unit and Smart TV for downtime. Central heating keeps the place warm on cooler evenings. In-unit washer and dryer in each suite means no laundry logistics — everything stays contained and convenient. WiFi is available throughout the property.

The property is equipped with central heating and mini-split A/C in living areas. Please note: the home is not wheelchair accessible. For neighbor courtesy, a noise decibel monitoring device is installed (it monitors volume only — no conversation or audio recording). The property is enhanced-cleaning certified for your peace of mind and includes a first aid kit.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive and access to all four individual units within the compound. Entry is seamless and secure with a smart lock system, allowing for convenient self-check-in at your leisure.

The home is centrally located and well-connected to public transportation and major roadways.



Street parking is readily available if you're driving.



Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are easily accessible.



The San Diego Trolley and bus lines are within a short drive or ride.



San Diego International Airport is about 10 minutes away.

* Accessibility: Please be aware that the property is not wheelchair accessible and may not be suitable for guests requiring full mobility access.

* Climate Control: The home is equipped with central heating. Air conditioning is provided by a mini-split unit located in the living room.

* Amenities: The hot tub is available for your enjoyment year-round. Please note the property does not include a fireplace, gym, pool, or spa.

* Noise Monitoring: For the comfort of our neighbors, this home is equipped with a noise decibel monitoring device. It only monitors sound levels and does NOT record any conversations or private audio.

* Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.
