Beautiful condo with Heated Pool, fitness room in fabulous Clearwater
Your Clearwater getaway awaits in this stylish 1st-floor condo loaded with upgrades! You'll love spending your vacation at our cozy queen 1 bedroom/1 bath condo located just 3.7 miles from the beach. Comfortable furnishings, sofa bed queen couch, sleeping 4 & a fully equipped kitchen, and a workspace our condo was designed to make you feel right at home. Amenities include a heated pool, gym, WI-FI, Tv's, a patio, complimentary coffee, beach chairs & umbrella, and in-unit laundry.
The space
Main bedroom has a queen bed with a reclining bed and a large tv with a Jack & Jill bathroom and a door to the patio.
The living room has a sofa queen couch sleeping 2 with another door to the patio.
Guest access
The guest has access to the entire condo.
Other things to note
There is a charcoal grill, table, and lounge chairs at the heated pool. I have no control over the condition of the grill. Your gate pass for the pool and gym is located in the walk-in closet. The pool area does get crowded.
Beach chairs, a cooler, an umbrella, and beach toys are located in the closet on the patio. Please do not get the chairs wet at the beach; the salt water rusts the chairs.
Both TVs are Roku smart TVs you will have to have your own
streaming services to watch TV. Youtube is available without your services.
