The Space:
Welcome to this glamorous condo! The unit is in Holiday Towers, which is ideally located in the southern section of Myrtle Beach - just a short walk to the beach. The unit is completely updated and very spacious, so bring the entire family to enjoy this beautiful view!
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in.
Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 1 (ONE) parking pass to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.
Entry: From the parking lot, take an elevator to your unit and it will be self check-in with a keypad access code.
Kitchen: Newly updated counter/appliances/cabinets! Includes fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.
Family room: Large family room area. Enjoy TV.
Bedroom 1: Large bedroom with king bed.
Bathroom 1: Newly renovated stand up shower attached to bedroom 1.
Bedroom 2: Comfortable 2 queen beds.
Bathroom 2: Full bathrooms.
Balcony: Incredible place to relax!
Pool: Complex has a shared pool, hot tub, grill, and tennis court! Subject to HOA operation schedule.
Beach: Take a very short walk down to our beautiful beach.
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Washer/Dryer: Free in-unit washer/dryer.
A/C: Central HVAC system with easy to use control panel.
Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire unit for themselves along with the shared complex amenities (operation schedule up to HOA).
The Neighborhood:
The unit is located in Holiday Towers - situated in a highly desired section of Myrtle Beach.

Getting Around:
Guests will have 1 (ONE) parking pass and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.
Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, hot tubs, parking lots, grounds, etc.
Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.
Cancellation Policy - refer to booking platform when reserving.
No pets. . Max guest count is 6.
Routine Pest Control happens monthly on the 3rd Tuesday. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Guests are required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
