Property does have full cable service. There was a temporary outage but fully restored by service providers. There is kuerig coffee machine. There was a small termite tunnel that has been treated and resolved.

It is unfortunate and inaccurate negative feedback with this beautiful vacation rental. Our previous guests have all raved about how beautiful, clean, well stocked our vacation property is. There were plenty of pillows for each bed but they insisted that there wasn't so I personally went and bought two new pillows and delivered to the property. When we completed a walk through after guests vacated property, we confirmed that each bed had at least two pillows. We now have lots of extra pillows :) The guests had called on their last night of stay on a Sunday evening at 6PM and explained that the WIFI was down and demanded that someone come out to fix now while they go to dinner. We informed guest that if the WiFi is down, we would have to call the service provider to come out but this is something that is scheduled during business hours on a business day. They said that that was unacceptable. The very next morning after the guests vacated property, we did a complete walk through and the WiFi was working properly. The master bedroom has a king bed with a beautiful king duvet and a queen blanket that is used for decor and all is very clean freshly washed sheets with no stains. The two additional bedrooms have queen beds with clean sheets and brand new queen comforters with no stains. Guests called to inform me that a fuse went off and there was no electricity in part of the property so we explained where the panel was so they could switch it back on. They did have to move some small boxes since it is located in the garage cabinets but we were prompt with helping and walking them through to locate the panel box. The facet in the master bath had a plastic cap on the end that has broken off but it was not at all disfunctional. The facet was completely operational but just more asthetics with the plastic piece on the end missing. We will be replacing the end piece. We were very proactive and responded to all the guests calls and texts....almost twice a day! The guests were extremely difficult to communicate with and became very unreasonable...yelling on the phone with their demands. We take pride with vacation rental and all of our previous guests have said it shows. We will also make a complaint to VRBO about our experience with this guest.
