Beautifully furnished and filled with clean grey and tan and white touches, this modern getaway will have everyone feeling right at home.
The Space:
Step into the spacious kitchen and you will find modern appliances and stunning countertops to prepare tasty meals with ease after a day on the sand. Before heading out each day, enjoy a cup of coffee or quick breakfast on ONE OF 3 the balconIES as you watch the sunrise over the horizon. Any downtime spent inside will be filled with entertainment as 65 x 55 flatscreen TV in the living room and mounted flatscreen TVs in each bedroom.
This home is divided into three floors, PLENTY OF SPACE FOR ALL QUESTS. The lower floor is home to the first bedroom offering a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second floor will be the main hub for entertaining, and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger groups. The third floor features three more bedrooms, one boasting a king bed and attached bath, one featuring a queen bed, and the last offering a FULL XL OVER A QUEEN bunk bed! These two bedrooms have easy access to the full bathroom in the hallway.
What's nearby: Sitting mere steps from the endless sugar-white sand of Whitecap Beach, the sunbathers and surfers of the group will be in paradise. When you want to head out for a bite to eat or to grab a few groceries to stock up, the main drag of the island is less than two miles from home base. Plus, a change of scenery can be found six-and-a-half miles north at Mustang Island State Park where you can spend all day hiking along coastal trails in the sunshine.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
