We were in town for a week for Spring Training. The location was centrally located, so it made it very easy to get to all the different stadiums. The complex is gated and felt secure and residents seemed quiet as well. The condo was clean and easy to access. Getting in touch with the owner was easy and she's very responsive. Plus having a covered parking spot was great!

We had such a great stay at this VRBO in Phoenix! It was a clean, cozy space with a modern feel and pretty much everything we needed to feel comfortable. There was plenty of room for all of us with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and lots of closet space, which was really nice.One of my favorite parts was the private balcony, sitting out there in the morning watching the sunrise was just peaceful and a really sweet way to start the day. The AC worked great (which we definitely appreciated in the Phoenix heat), and parking in the gated community was easy and convenient.The location was also a huge plus. We found some really great food nearby, especially Lucky’s Burgers and Shakes and Alitas Parra—both so good!There were just a couple small amenities that would’ve made the stay even better, but I messaged the host separately about those. Overall, this was a really nice place, and we’d definitely stay here again.

YES and YES Great communication. We didn’t have time to use the pool or common areas. Just in town for a weekend to visit family. Unit was clean and quiet. We are not up on using streaming apps so the tv was hard to negotiate. The one in the bedroom was slow to load.

We stayed 22 days in March, 2026 and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We originally selected the site because of its proximity to family nearby but were pleasantly surprised with the experience. Check-In was simple with directions provided and the owners were really responsive to a couple of general housekeeping questions. The unit was clean, neat and functional for our needs, which was an extended stay. It was also convenient to have the in-unit washer/dryer. The grounds were well kept, and it was handy to have the BBQ nearby. We loved the convenience of the heated pool and hot tub. We met a bunch of friendly folks at the pool who shared tips on local restaurants and golfing spots. We even used the clubhouse on multiple occasions when we challenged some friends to a game of pool. Any stores or services we needed were within a couple of miles. We would definitely stay here again.

Parking is very convenient to unit. Pool is beautiful. Entire place is very quiet. Great and friendly residents. Host was wonderful. Very clean (windows are ready though….especially the French door) If I were to return (100% would) I would bring or stop for: salt and pepper, paper towels, couple of trash bags. If you plan to cook add cooking fats to list. We cooked. Pots and pans, dishes, utensils worked out fine. Unit has a toaster, cook top and microwave. Coffee pot and French press. There was actually coffee on hand. All in all one of the best I have stayed in. Beds and bedding were great, towels were great. Wonderful air conditioning, but a bit loud. Highly recommend if you want a quiet place with great outdoor space. Very bright and well lit at all times.

The master bedroom had dog urine smell that got worse with each day. There was no coffee maker or K-cup maker, just a French press which not everyone likes. Most places offer basic kitchen items like sugar, paper towels, napkins...none of which was here. There were 2.5 rolls of toilet paper for 3 adults over a 5 day stay, pretty slim especially since you have no facial tissues and are also using the toilet paper as napkins! The secondary bedroom door handle sticks which can be a hazard if you have small children and can't open the door.

I am so sorry for the issues with your stay. Our cleaning team did not notify us of any smell, but I will investigate that right away. I wish you would have let me know if the issues during your stay, and I would have done everything I could to remedy them. Thank you for the feedback, we will use it to improve our property!

What makes the property unique is the quick access to the Phoenix North Mountain Preserve with hiking trails only a five minute drive away. It's location also allows for a quick drive to other parts of the valley with the proximity to the I-17 with being two city blocks away from the freeway.
