The detached studio offers a private entrance secured by a code-protected security gate, along with a dedicated carport for parking. This standalone home, adjacent to the main house, features two bedrooms and one bathroom, and includes a fully equipped kitchen and living area. The studio is meticulously designed with attention to detail, providing air conditioning, heating, and an in-unit washer/dryer. The kitchen is stocked with all essential cooking items, and fresh towels and linens are provided for your stay, regardless of its duration. Outside, you`ll find a large yard with artificial grass, children`s toys, and a climbing structure, ensuring a private and comfortable stay.



You`ll have exclusive access to the entire studio, featuring a private entrance and a spacious backyard, perfect for your enjoyment. Additionally, a storage unit is available for your convenience.



I live next door and am readily available to assist you during your stay. The best way to reach me is through the messaging system within the app where you made your reservation. I`m usually quick to respond, typically within minutes, to any questions or needs you may have. However, please be aware that I may be less available between 11 PM and 6 AM.
