Wonderful place and host. Made a great family vacation and enjoyed using the kayaks and going on the river seeing manatees , dolphins and a deer. Caught some crabs and had a great cookout. Very cool and well equipped place with all you need. A must stay!!

This was a perfect place for a relaxing old Florida vacation. The hosts were exceptional - they thought of everything you would need, provided clear instructions and were extremely responsive. Our grandson loved fishing from the dock and we enjoyed being able to tie up a boat right at the property. The cottage was clean, well maintained and stocked with essentials. We will come back again!

Cutest place! We loved the outdoor shower, welcome sign with our name on it, singing oven and microwave, cute decor, and many soft blankets, The many kayaks and close proximity to Roger’s park were the highlight of the trip, Everyone on the “street” (river) was so friendly too. We even used the bikes. Great stay!

The property was awesome and the owners are so sweet. The pictures don’t do the place justice. It was better than we expected. So much to do. Wet feet retreat was so much fun. The house is stocked with absolutely everything, and is very comfortable. We loved the waterfront and swam, kayaked, and played the entire time we were there. Would DEFINITELY book this gem of a house again in the future.

Wet Feet Retreat delivered from check in to check out. The place was very clean and loved the decor. There are so many great amenities, from full kitchen, great views of river both inside and outside, dock to easily launch a wide selection of water toys. We explored the waterways every day, each day bringing new sites of manatees, fish and even a dolphin. At night we enjoyed relaxing by firepit or in the screened in porch on deck. We brought our e-bikes and explored the Suncoast bike trail not far from the house.

Very cute place, outside areas is great. I was a bit confused over the bathrooms, their is only 1.5, and an outdoor shower, Lots of parking, lots of toys, enjoyed having the option for two people in the canoe. Saw a cute lil manatee right off the dock area.

Our stay was amazing! We were a little concerned with staying on the water with an adventurous toddler but the extra lock on the back door helped us feel safe and comfortable. Our hosts were amazing, great attention to detail and easy to communicate if we were in need of anything, for example, where to buy bait. Honestly, the property had everything even a child booster seat and toys. Loved it! We will come back.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house is clean and nicely stocked with things such as spices, salt, pepper, dishwasher soap, etc to get you started. The are and neighborhoood are absolutely beautiful. We love renting from Tyson !!

This property was exactly what my family needed! We had plenty of room on the dock for our boat and jet skis. The beds were very comfortable and the laces was fully stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back!

Trish & Brock were amazing hosts, and helped accommodate our needs to make a very pleasant stay. Their home was very clean! And there were so many extra items available to make us feel at home. They definitely go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and then some!! We enjoyed coffee and breakfast every morning by the dock, and saw manatees! My husband enjoyed kayaking to Hospital Hole, which he said was a very easy paddle. The outdoor shower was so refreshing! We didn't utilize the bikes, but there were even bikes available for us. We lucked out with perfect Florida weather, and we are looking forward to visiting again!

Hello! Brock and I are avid travelers. We love exploring the world with our children and feel so blessed to be able to do this with them. We use VRBO and other rental platforms whenever possible because when you have 2 growing boys, a hotel room just isn't going to cut it.
