Un encantador escape junto al mar

Impresionantes vistas al mar sin obstáculos. Acceso a playa privada a solo unos pasos de la playa de San Simeón, donde su perro puede correr y jugar en el surf por millas. Quedarse dormido con el sonido de las olas y el aroma del aire fresco y salado. La gran sala tiene una chimenea de leña, un televisor de pantalla plana con Direct TV, acceso Wifi y un reproductor de DVD. Justo afuera, en la terraza, encontrarás la barbacoa de propano. Visite el mercado de agricultores de Cambria el viernes y traiga a casa su generosidad para prepararse en la cocina cuidadosamente decorada. Hay dos habitaciones queen y un baño completo separado para cada una. El baño del maestro es "en suite". Millas de senderos para caminar a las afueras de su puerta principal. Camina hasta el pueblo de San Simeón para visitar restaurantes y tiendas. El santuario de elefantes marinos, el castillo de Hearst, Wm. Randolf Hearst State Beach y Cambria están a poca distancia en coche. Mucha exploración para hacer, o simplemente relajarse en la paz y la tranquilidad. Venga a disfrutar de nuestra cabaña junto al mar y ¡su estrés desapareció!

Location was phenomenal! Quick easy walk to quiet beach and hike along the cliffs! Lovely fireplace and deck! Our only minor "complaints" were the loft bed was hard as a rock and unusable, and the kitchen needs more light, a decent can opener, a new sponge upon arrival and more plates (only 5 and 4 of us). Minor inconveniences that did not take much away from our experience, just suggestions for management. We'd love to return!

This was the perfect spot, so close to the beach and a quick trip over to Cambria if we wanted a change of scenery! I was also lucky enough to get engaged here so it was extra special! Thank you for sharing your home with us, and we can’t wait to come back!

Property was welcoming to pets. Had a very nice ocean view. Upon check-in to rental found property had a strong pet smell. We encountered several ticks inside the home during our visit. Plus, the television would not turn on. Overall, we were happy with our stay. Some improvements that could be made to help with issues mentioned above, install hardwood floors to eliminate pet odors and tick issue.

Easter weekend in San Simeon

Wonderful location. Peaceful with beautiful views of the ocean. We had the whole beach to ourselves. A quick drive to Cambria for great restaurants. Plenty of room to relax in the house. House was clean and well appointed with amenities.

Great Getaway

The property is a great location, spectacular views and wildlife! Homey and cozy. The host provided good information and the accommodation was well stocked, teas, laundry detergent, etc. I highly recommend this property!

Great beachside escape

Spacious half of a duplex just up from the beach. Walkable to some restaurants and a quick drive to state parks and beaches, Cambria, elephant seals, and more.

Returning for relaxation & coastal beauty

My spouse and I spent a couple nights here 15+ years ago for a getaway wine tasting trip (before having children) . We returned for 3-nights with our teenagers for a relaxing few days to wander along the beaches, hike, visit the elephant seals, and meander through Cambria's shops. It was once again a wonderful getaway.

Perfectly Lovely

Our family had such a wonderful time! This cute townhouse/condo was perfect for our family of four, plus one 4-legged family member. Easy access to a beautiful beach, incredible ocean view, comfortable beds, and well appointed kitchen. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you for opening your home to us!

Frequent visitor

This is the 4th time that we have stayed at this property, spread over several years. Location is perfect, whether we want to walk the few steps to the beach, drive into Paso Robles for wine tasting, or visit Cambria just down the road. It's not fancy, but it is well maintained and very nice. Love that we can bring the dog, and they even provide separate dog towels and their is a small hose on the side of the house for post-beach dog activities.

Relaxing & Beautiful Location

The condo is in a very nice location. It is attached to a second condo, but that was not a problem at all. This was the 2nd property in from the beach. Part of the view is obstructed by a two-story rental, but there is plenty of open space to see the ocean. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen had all of the basics we needed. My only slight complaint is that the management company does not reply to my message via the VRBO app. However, if you call, they do answer. My adult son and I had a very relaxing time there. We were glad to be able to bring our dog with us as well.

The place is spotless clean and has everything you need to feel at home and cook an amazing meal. Hiking trails just out the door and an almost private beach for two legged and four legged friends. Beach house

Nice view from back deck to ocean with access to beach and open space. Good location for going to Cambria and day trips. Not much as far as restaurants and shops tight there but I didn't mind. Cambria farmers market was great if you’re there in summer. Duplex was quiet and clean. No streaming on tv just basic cable via dish though wifi worked well. I would have appreciated less worn pots and pans since I like to cook. Well worn. Beautiful area.

I called the management office and within an hour the sports channel was added an available for me to watch the golf channel and Laker game. It’s our favorite place to stay.

The only suggestion I might make is to use a scent-free laundry detergent and a scent-free dryer sheet when doing the laundry for those of us who happen to be scent-intolerant. The smell of Fabreeze is overwhelming. Also, the fans in both bathrooms do not work.

Amazing location, well stocked home with everything we needed to feel cozy and cook all week (comfy beds!). SO grateful our dogs could join us. Hiking right outside the door, pretty much your own private beach, and close to town for groceries and the best shopping (in Cambria!). We will be back soon!Only note for the owner is the back screen door is not functioning well- kept falling off, some hooks by the front door would be nice for coats/purses/towels, and the knives could use sharpening (or add a knife sharpener to the otherwise well stocked kitchen tools). Other than that, the place is perfect! Thank you for sharing your home with us!
