Bienvenido a Blue Point Cottage Beach House, Little Exuma, Bahamas. Esta pintoresca cabaña de lujo en las arenas blancas como el azúcar del famoso Trópico de Cancer Beach ofrece una escapada íntima en la belleza de las Bahamas. Amazing beach! Great stay!

This was perfect for my husband and I. Just the perfect size with all the amenities needed. The beach was beyond beautiful! We did some travel around the island but we could have simply stayed in and loved every minute of it at this location.

Our family and I had a spectacular time at the cottage. The accommodations were exacting as advertised. Very clean, modern and gorgeous home. The location was most amazing on the Tropic of Cancer Beach . We are so very fortunate to have had the opportunity and plan to return as soon as we are able.

Cottage was exactly as photos showed. It was truly paradise on the beach.

Cottage experience was tranquil paradise. Enjoyed the locals and food was amazing at many restaurants on beach. Rented a boat for the day and spent afternoon at Chat n Chill was a great time!!!

Blue Pointe Cottage was the perfect beach house for our trip. The house was beautiful, very clean, and on a stunning beach. The grotto across the way was so cool and we loved visiting Brea's. Can't wait to go back!

Place was awesome, very private. Beach was like white powdered sugar. Judy was very helpful for all our needs, The boat excursion to see the pigs is a must.

Loved our stay

The house was wonderful and exactly as described and depicted in the pictures. The beach is literally the most beautiful beach we’ve ever seen. We kayaked almost every day to the little islands in front of the house, which is a must do. There’s a beach access within walking distance that has Brea’s Delight Bar and Grill, we ate lunch there 3 days, best hamburgers on the island. We will definitely be back.

Great House right in Tropic of Cancer Beach!

This is our 3rd time to exuma and this house is right on one of the most beautiful beaches. House is newly renovated and beautiful views directly from the house. Can kayak right of the beach in the crystal blue water. As far as restaurants there is only a couple on the island but both have great food. We found Tropic breeze to be our favorite. Would definitely stay here again. !

Paradise found!

We loved our stay at this cottage villa on the incredible Tropic of Cancer beach. The huge sandy beach was amazing and the views breathtaking. It felt very private and peaceful. The cottage is beautifully decorated and comfortable with tons of natural light flooding in. We made most of our meals but also enjoyed a fully catered meal by the caretaker Judy which was a treat. Looking forward to visiting again.

Excellent

A great location on the best beach in Little Exuma.  The cottage was the perfect size for the two of us and had everything we needed for some light cooking enjoyed in the expansive outdoor living area.  The deck (and home) have a terrific view of the nearby islands and wonderful blue shades in the water.  We have in the past been disappointed by a lack of cleanliness or misleading website pictures, however neither were a problem regarding Blue Point Cottage.  The quiet location, a beach usually to yourselves and crystal-clear water were everything we were hoping for on our trip.

FANTASTIC LOCATION

There is no better location than Tropic of Cancer Beach within a stone's throw of Brea's Delights. At least, I can imagine nothing better. Blue Point Cottage exceeded our expectations. Although the sunrise peaks in the master bedroom's east-facing window, it's just great to sit up in bed and see the azure ocean - literally. We roamed around a fair bit, I just cannot fathom a better or more beautiful location.

This property was exactly what we needed and as described. Quiet, beautiful and serene. Tropic of Cancer beach was indescribable in its beauty. No more than 10 people on the whole beach the whole time we were there. House was perfect. Had amenities as described - hot tub was a bonus at the end of the day. Would love to come back!

Incredible location, simple yet beautiful home with wonderful management.

We loved our vacation to Blue Point Cottage and we’re already planning a return trip. The location was amazing on a beautiful beach and the home was in great shape. It had everything we needed plus the house manager was great at communicating with us to take care of planned meals, onsite massages and a rental car. If I had to find a fault, it was that we had to borrow oars from the neighbor for the kayaks. Everything else was perfect!

I ALMOST want to say bad things so it becomes a secret! Exuma is the most amazing place I have ever been and this property was just beautiful. The house was great, the hospitality, the amenities all perfect. the location can not be beat! we stayed there with our two teenage sons and it was the perfect size! The property manager was super responsive as well. We will be coming back!! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

Perfection

We’ve traveled to many islands always looking for the perfect beach to return to every year. We finally found it. Cottage was perfect and beach was pure paradise. Judy and owner John were very responsive with any issues or questions. Little Exuma is off the beaten path so if you want nightlife late dinners etc. look elsewhere. Plan accordingly and this will be your best vacation ever.

Perfect secluded amazing beach and helpful staff!

My husband and I took our first trip away from our young kiddos and this property was everything and more we could have dreamed of. And when they are a little older it will be a perfect place for a family trip as well. Tropic of Cancer beach was the best I’ve ever been to, and we were right on it. Had all the water toys we needed for a lot of ocean fun! Property manager met us with car at airport, led us to best stores to get everything we needed for our stay. Owner was very helpful and provided us with great Bahamas travel tips before we left. Would recommend this property to any beach lover and people wanting a relaxing getaway.

paradise out of the daily routine, totally intimate and precious

We are grateful for this beautiful House It has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation, whether with your partner or family. My wife and I ended up very much in love with this spectacular view, it helped us to pause and clear our minds from the overwhelming daily routine. we really enjoyed snorkeling, kayaking, exploring the place in general. if you like to cook make sure you do most of your shopping before you arrive since the closest market is about 35 minutes away and definitely rent your own car to make it easier to go to different places.

A hidden oasis

From start to finish this place was a joy. We saw three people on the beach the whole week. The jacuzzi under the Starfield Skies. Never saw so many shades of blue. Off the beaten path but worth the Trek. Rent-A-Car. Go swim with the pigs. Is everything you needed all the Comforts of home. Ideal for a romantic getaway or family.

Blue Point Bliss

This was our 3rd visit to Exuma. We ventured out further than usual due to the beauty of the Tropic of Cancer. This by far was our favorite location and rental property. Despite the lovely isolation we still had great restaurants 10 minutes away...Santana's, Tropic Breeze, Blu, Mom's Bakery....and to our surprise a food hut on our beach just a skip away. The house ameneties were more than expected and Judy was promptly responsive to all our inquiries. We may consider the large villa next for a family retreat.
