The space
This 2-bedroom retreat is advantageously located within just a few minutes of exciting city life and all the dining, shopping, and nightlife that comes with it. Or, if you’re a nature lover, you’ll find hiking trails for any skill level in just about any direction, as well as a variety of challenging golf clubs. Keeping you connected to the outdoors, the home offers a spacious backyard patio with an inground pool. Take a refreshing dip in the sparkling waters and let the sun dry you off as you recline back in one of the comfortable lounge chairs. A shaded area provides needed relief from the sun with a comfortable outdoor sofa, hammock, and table seating. 

Heading inside from the patio, you’ll find even more delightful and welcoming spaces. The open floor plan provides you and your group with plenty of options to spread out accompanied by relaxed spaces for gathering together. A plush sofa and armchair seating  and large mounted smart TV, the perfect cozy atmosphere for music or a movie. A large picture window allows for abundant natural lighting as well as keeping the attractive outdoor views front and center. Steps away, the high-top dining table offers seating for 6, suitable for both meals and a friendly game night. The charming kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cookware, and dinnerware, including a standard coffee maker for your morning pick-me-up. Enjoy your cup in the cozy breakfast nook with built in bench seating and bright, bold colors. 

This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms. 

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and panoramic windows. 

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed and plentiful natural light. 

The home also includes 2 full bathrooms with single vanities and walk-in showers.

Driveway and street parking are available for up to 2 vehicles. Monitor any street parking restrictions.
The pool can be heated at an additional cost of $90 per day. Please allow for advanced notice of at least 48 hours to request this feature.

This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.

• Pool & Spa Heating Policy 
Please be aware that the pool heating fee is not included in the total booking charges and must be paid before check-in. Pool heating is available October through May, and requests should be made at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.  There is no charge for spa heat.

The location of this home is as appealing as its beautiful design with Downtown Palm Springs less than a 5-minute drive away. The mountains are of course nearby with the popular attraction of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway 20 minutes from the home and trailheads accessible all around. 

Make the most of your easy access to Palm Springs which has plenty to explore from its central shopping district with vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants, and art galleries to nature adventures like hiking, horseback riding, and biking. Be sure to visit the hot springs, golf courses, and spas which the area is known for. Palm Springs is an amazing geographic location that also puts you within range of day trips to places like Joshua Tree National Park and Coachella.

Other things to note
The private pool can be heated at an additional cost of $90/day. Please contact us if you are interested in pool heat at least 48 hours in advance of your expected arrival. Pool's can take a full 24 hours to heat up. The pool will be heated between the hours of 10AM to 7PM and the spa is available all day.
