This space is ideal for a corporate executive or two couples looking for privacy and enjoy having their own private attached bathroom. Go for a walk around downtown and feel welcome in our comfortable, professional environment. We look forward to serving you! Enjoy our modern 1100sf, two-story apartment with a private entrance. We're located within 10 minutes of the city's most popular bars, restaurants, and Austin Peay State University. We have 2 designated parking spots in the main parking lot which leads directly to your front door.
Our private, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom space comes equipped with a full kitchen to make home-cooked meals for friends and loved ones. Stream your favorite shows or movies on our large screen TVs in the living room. Take your dog for some fresh air in our convenient sub-division dog park/run located with 50 ft of your door. Stay organized and avoid the cost of a laundromat by using our in-unit washer/dryer.
