When you experienced difficulty accessing the property, we immediately offered in-person assistance; however, we understood that you were able to enter the home successfully and did not receive any further concerns regarding the door locks during your stay. Regarding amenities, our listing accurately reflects the features and amenities provided at the property. We understand that travelers may compare accommodations during a trip, but each home offers a unique set of amenities, all of which are clearly disclosed in the listing before booking. Cleanliness is something we take very seriously, and we regret that you felt the property did not meet your expectations. Had we been notified of any cleaning concerns during your stay, we would have gladly addressed them right away, as guest satisfaction is very important to us. We do personal cleaning inspections before check-in to confirm the house meets cleaning standards.
