INTERIOR
Nemo Cay Resort D105 es una casa de primer piso bellamente decorada que crea el escape más sereno del estrés del mundo cotidiano. El primer piso cuenta con un plano de planta muy abierto donde la sala de estar, el comedor y la cocina están abiertos entre sí. Creando un ambiente acogedor para que toda la familia pase tiempo juntos. El primer piso también cuenta con una suite king y baño completo. Subiendo las escaleras, encontrará dos dormitorios más, cada uno con su propio baño privado. Una cuenta con una cama king size y las otras dos reinas. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario para preparar el desayuno, el almuerzo y la cena. También hay una lavadora y secadora para su comodidad. Otras comodidades incluyen un televisor en cada habitación y una sala de estar de 60 ", un reproductor de DVD, 2 lugares de estacionamiento reservados y wifi gratuito.

Wonderful stay for the whole family

This place was perfect for the whole family which included my wheelchair bound Dad and two husky brothers. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay somewhere super close to the beach

Amazing Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Home had everything we needed and it was perfect. Pool and splash pad were great and the kids loved it.

This townhouse has everything you could possibly need for a stay on Padre Island. It's very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for alot of people. The pool and playground is great fun!

Cute and quiet

We enjoyed our stay, the pool definitely didn’t feel heated which would have been nice to be able to enjoy in the evening. Close to the mainland and to the beach. Comfortable beds, plenty of space. Would have been nice to have basic spices for cooking but the grocery store was close by.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was nice overall. My only complain would be that the pillow tops and roll out beds have fresh pillow cases and linens. Especially the roll out bed.

Family weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the weekend was good. I definitely recommend this resort. My only complaint about the condo is that the first bedroom down stairs is very uncomfortable to sleep in. It is very hot and the bedrooms up stairs are very cold. I thought the pool area was very nice and very clean. Enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to friends and family.

Kids always have a good time.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The homes are always clean. They usually have extra sheets and amenities for 12. Bottom bathroom had no water pressure and the top two seem to have issues as well. Kids like to spend the day at the beach and when parents are tired, we can come and relax at the pool while kids continue to have fun.

Did not enjoy

2 weeks cancellation minimum. Family emergency happened and they still will stick to their policy. We were charged the full amount of the stay. Minus the small cleaning fee.

The unit was clean and fully stocked with everything we could have needed (toiletries, towels, blankets, detergent cooking tools..ICE MAKER!!!!) the only draw back was late check in fee when the unit has a coded door and not a key. that could have been sent via secure email/text and saved us and the poor realtor the trouble.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhouse was nice and clean. However, we were able to hear our neighbors throughout the night. The back door was difficult to close. The AC was extremely cold in one of the upstairs rooms, and rest of townhouse was not as cool. Pillows were not comfy and very used.

Lots of space

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lots of space! Only the upstairs shower worked. I had to carry my disabled daughter up and down the stairs to take showers. A/c does not work in the bottom front room. The ventilation is bad, you will wake up sweating. The rest of the rooms were ice cold. I have stayed in many of these rentals at this same location and none as bad as this one. I did not feel the need to call and complain, we made it work. Place was clean and stocked with the normal things we needed.

Enjoyed it but could've been better

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall great place and location and we would like to go back but maybe a different unit. Check in was rough, I was guaranteed 4pm check I'm, didn't get to check in till 4:45pm.Some dishes were dirty which was crazy because we got a late check in because they were cleaning. The roll outs beds had urine stains and they caved in when you laid down. Then on our last night the A/C goes out for about an hour in the middle of night. I spoke to Amber and although she was really nice there was really nothing she could do until check out..

Very Nice Unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, this was an extremely clean and comfortable unit. We did have issues with the kitchenware in the unit. There were too many steak knives but not one paring knife. There was too much clutter in the cutlery drawer! The pans had no lids that fit them properly. We used two covers that did not fit well and were awkward to use. The Nemo staff members we met were very courteous and a joy to talk to! The one man told us he would be trimming the palms. He spoke to my grandson about good fishing places. It was a pleasure to meet and talk to this man!

You’re a 20 minute drive to Padre Island National Seashore, we were able to watch one of their Kemp’s Ridley sea turtle hatchling releases! It was quite the experience! The pool was amazing for both children and adults!
