The Bungalow is completely separate from the main house, offering you privacy, peace, and quiet. You will have access to your own private deck with a view and outdoor dining furniture, as well as a small backyard below the deck area. The property is fenced and gated, on a quiet, residential street, which provides added privacy and security. No kids or pets of our own on the property.

There are several nearby hospitals and clinics, including major sites like Kaiser and Cedars-Sinai, less than 3 miles away. The heart of Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA) is also 3 miles away. Neighboring major cities like Burbank, Glendale, and Pasadena are a short drive away. Traveling professionals are welcome!
