Located just minutes from Kennebunkport, this stretch of beach may be the most beautiful place to stay in Maine. The cottage overlooks a peaceful marsh, where you can sip your morning coffee while spotting coastal birds. Enjoy evenings on the screened-in porch or gathered around the fire pit under the stars. Inside, you’ll find bright, comfortable living spaces designed for easy coastal living.

• Pack 'n' Play portable crib is kept on-site, sheet not included.

The Bedroom Details:

This coastal Maine retreat features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, providing a restful and luxurious stay for six to eight guests. Please read through the bedroom details below.

• The primary suite, on the second floor, is a private sanctuary. It features a plush queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a gas fireplace for chilly evenings in the spring or fall. A walk-in shower, a smart TV, and ample storage for clothing.
• Upstairs Bedroom #2: A serene room with a cozy Queen-size bed.
• Upstairs (Third floor - The "lighthouse") Bedroom #3: featuring two twin-sized beds..
• Upstairs common area does have a pullout queen sofa

The Bathroom Details:

The home features 2.5 bathrooms, each well-maintained with tiled floors and custom touches. The primary ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower and vanity for added comfort. The hallway bathroom on the second floor features a combination shower and tub, as well as a single vanity. The third 1/2 bathroom/laundry combo is located off the kitchen. Each bathroom is stocked with all the essentials needed for the duration of your stay.

Spacious, Welcoming Living Spaces (The Kitchen, Dining, and Living Area):

At the center of the home is a custom kitchen designed to bring people together. With high-end appliances, ample counter space, and a large peninsula with seating, it’s perfect for preparing fresh, Maine-inspired meals while staying connected to the rest of the home.

Just off the kitchen, the dining area invites memorable family meals and casual gatherings. The open-concept layout seamlessly transitions into multiple seating areas, providing ample space to relax, play games, or unwind with a book.

A custom-built stone fireplace adds warmth and character to the main living space—ideal for cool coastal evenings or cozy family movie nights.

Step out onto the screened-in porch, where a full dining table provides a charming spot for meals surrounded by nature or game nights that stretch into the evening. While there’s no casual seating here, the porch serves as a perfect extension of the home’s social spaces—bringing the outdoors in, without the bugs.

No childproofing has been done at this house, but we welcome children and families.

Yard maintenance (mowing, tick & mosquito spraying, etc.) may occur occasionally in the summer. They won't interrupt you, but unfortunately, we cannot give you advance notice. They arrive on their terms.

There are public parking lots: one in the town center, behind Allison's Restaurant, and the other next to the North Street Fire Station.

Kennebunkport and Kennebunk are centrally located and easily accessible from Interstate 95, just between Portland, ME. And Portsmouth, NH.
There are Amtrak train stations in Saco and Wells, and Uber is available.
Portland's international jetport offers easy flights in and out of Maine.
Boston Logan is a short drive, and with a local vendor, pick-up and drop-off can be arranged.
