Beautiful resort. We enjoyed the location of the property as well as the amenities. The outdoor pool area was very clean and relaxing. The condo was clean,organized, and nicely appointed. Lorraine addressed all our questions and was lovely!

Check in couldn’t be easier. Condo was spacious, perfectly located for Goose rocks beach and the facilities were great. The kids loved the clubhouse and indoor pools. I loved the outdoor pool. Plenty of parking. Loads of places to go out to dinner.

Very nice place to stay. Quiet, peaceful. Indoor and outdoor pools. Indoor hot tub. Outdoor grills. Close to shopping (by car). Location is outside of the busy tourist area.Our only concern was the cleanliness of the unit. The cleaning crew may need a bit better oversight.

Great place!

We loved staying at Lorraine’s condo! Awesome amenities at the condo complex (indoor and outdoor pools), everything you’d want or need provided at the condo, very comfortable, and close to the beach. Lorraine was very responsive and generous-would definitely rent again!

A perfect family vacation spot

We loved staying at Lorraine's comfortable condo with our three young children. The beach is a quick drive away and there is so much for the kids to enjoy with the condo amenities: indoor/outdoor pool, game room, etc. The condo itself is clean and spacious with comfortable beds and Lorraine is a thoughtful host who has anticipated the needs of a family. We hope to come again!

Great use of space!

Property is exactly as described. Location was great and amenities were a bonus! Super kid friendly. And an outstanding use of space - it was small without feeling cramped for the 5 of us. We had a very positive experience with the property manger overall - check in and out were super easy.

Perfect property for parents with small kids

I recently visited this property with my husband, mother, and two kids under 4 years old. What a perfect place! From the kitchen, playground, two pools, and close proximity to the beach, we couldn't have asked for more. Would certainly recommend to anyone!!

Lived up to ratings

As all of Lorraine's reviews say, she goes above and beyond to make her cottage feel like home, and she succeeds on every level! Despite the clubhouse and indoor pool being closed due to COVID, we had an amazing week at Goose Rocks Resort. We are already looking forward to returning next year!

Very Nice Stay

We enjoyed staying here for the full week. There was plenty of space for the three of us to each have a room and spread out. A bit surprised when told we needed to supply towels and bed linens in the last weeks before we were headed on our vacation. Luckily, I had everything we needed and didn’t have to buy anything, but it could be difficult for those who are flying instead of driving like I did. The place is comfortable and very well located for vacationing around Kennebunkport.

Family friendly haven!

My family and I have been vacationing at grb for many years. With three children eight and under it can be challenging to find a relaxing, kid friendly place. This was a perfect fit. From the indoor/outdoor pool that allows for a beach break and swimming to the children's book shelf filled with books in a fun children's room. this is simply perfect for young families. We will definitely be going back for years to come!!

Stay at Goose Rocks

Our stay was fine. We had great weather and the proximity to the beach was good, but it helped that we had other family staying at the beach because parking there is expensive. There was in issue with the property when we arrived which was addressed quickly but it meant we couldn't use the kitchen sink for the first 2 days which wasn't ideal. Overall the property was fairly basic.

Wonderful week in KPT

My family and I had a fabulous week in KPT. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It’s close to Goose Rocks Beach and less than 10 minutes to Dock Square. Having access to the pool, both the indoor and outdoor, was key with two young, energetic boys. Lorraine was terrific - very responsive and accommodating! Thank you!

Good for a family

The place was great for our family of four. Lorraine, our host, was very reaponsive. Place is clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Couch and kitchen table/chairs could use a refresh. Condo is about one mile to beach — we biked or drove. The development has an indoor and outdoor pool as well as game room that were great for the kids. And it’s right next store to a great ice cream place. We enjoyed our stay!

Love being back in Maine

Was great to be back in Maine after selling our cottage in Biddeford Pool 3 years ago. My family loved the resort and the amenities. Lorraine had everything you would need in the kitchen, would be nice to have some more skillets for cooking but was nice to have the electric skillet which we used a lot. Close to the beach. Got a week parking pass at the Police Station. A lot to do in the area. Had a great week. Very nice condo. Loved having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along with the washer and dryer in the condo. Lorraine has a great place and she was great to work with.

Great Family Vacation

We had a great week long family vacation. The condo was clean and had everything we needed! The kids loved the bunk beds and the book that were there for them to enjoy. We enjoyed having an outdoor and indoor pool. I rated the cleanliness a 4 star not because the condo was dirty but the pools could have been a little cleaner. There was dirt and bugs in the water. Not sure who was responsible for cleaning the pools but they could use more frequent cleanings. But over all it was such a wonderful place. We also enjoyed the game room. We would definitely recommend the place and go back!

Hidden Gem: Condo at Resort at Goose Rocks Beach

This is an ideal location for families who want to vacation at Goose Rocks Beach. It is a short drive or bicycle ride to the beach. The condo is clean, well maintained , and has everything a family would need (fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, cable t.v., wifi, children's books, and a few games). The owner has even left some beach supplies (chairs, towels, beach toys) stored under one of the beds! The beds are VERY comfortable. My son and and his friends who were staying at the same resort loved the large kid's bedroom with table/chairs because they could have their own space for hanging out in the later evenings and to eat at if they wanted to escape from adults. The amenities at the resort were also great! Every day after the beach we would clean our feet at the outdoor tap, and then jump into the outdoor pool for a refreshing swim. On our one rainy day, we came home and went to the indoor pool and hot tub, and then used the games room in the clubhouse. At the outdoor pool and play area, children have the chance to meet and play with other kids that they then see again at the beach and other local attractions. Happy kids also makes for very happy, relaxed, parents! This delightful condo within the Goose Rocks beach resort was simply a hidden gem. Wish we could come back every year!

Wonderful stay

Lorraine’s place was great. Great location, the pool was awesome, and CLEAN (most important part for us). The cleaning crew was still cleaning when we arrived but wrapping up and things were fine. Not bothered by it at all. Plus the place (like I said earlier), was clean. Lorraine was super communicative before, during, and after our stay. This spot is perfect for a young family. Goose Rocks Beach is so close and downtown is about 10 min drive. We would (and will) stay again. We come to KPT yearly and have found our repeat spot!

This was a true hidden gem. The condo is so spacious it was great to have so much space, especially with young children. The owners were very responsive and left such nice welcoming touches. We would select this exact condo every time we visit if available!

Location was perfect to get to the beach and the rental had everything we needed. The outdoor pool was great for the kids. Communication with Lorraine was excellent and she made everything so easy for us. Beds were super comfortable and there was more than enough space for 2 adults and 3 kids. We loved staying here

The amenities of the Resort have always been the icing on the cake for us. The choice of an outdoor pool or an indoor pool/jacuzzi/kiddie pool provides options during your stay or if you want a change of pace from going to the beach.
