Occupancy: Max 6 guests. Only those listed on the reservation may stay.

Age Requirement: Primary renter must be 21+.

Check-In/Out: Check-in 4 PM, Check-out 11 AM. Early/late by approval only.

Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. No parties or large gatherings.

Smoking/Vaping: Not permitted inside, garage, or lanai. $400 fee for violations.

Pets: 1 pet (≤50 lbs) allowed with prior written approval & fee. Restricted breeds apply.

Pool: Swim at your own risk. No diving, running, or glass near pool. Children must be supervised.

Parking: Garage & driveway only. No lawn/street parking.

Trash: Use provided outdoor bins & follow recycling rules.

Respect: Treat the home & furnishings with care. No moving furniture or altering property.

Security: Lock up when leaving. Do not share codes or keys.

Visitors: No unapproved guests or overnight visitors.
