A stay and host. Tim went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Residence comes with a parking pass that can be used throughout town, nice touch. Will definitely be back!

This was an absolutely wonderful stay in a charming place. The owners/hosts were fantastic, the place was clean, it was comfortable, they were incredibly fair and reasonable with rules and expectations, they greeted us when we arrived and ran us through everything. It was the absolute best and most seamless stay we’ve ever had at a rental. Would highly recommend and we will absolutely be back next year. We could not speak more highly of the hosts and this overall experience. Incredible location as well. About a 10-20 minute walk to anywhere we needed to go.

Tim was the best host that I've ever had on Vrbo. He was very polite. Tim met us and texted me stating that we could check in earlier anytime we wanted. The host met us at the property. His home was attached to the room that we rented. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. Location was very convenient to the boardwalk but still was on a quiet street. We ride bikes property was not far from the trails. We had our own entrance which gave us privacy. He also stated since there wasn't any other bookings after our stay that we can check out later in order to enjoy more of the beach. I enjoyed the hospitality so much I cancelled my trip dates in June with another host and rebooked with Tim. Thank you Tim for opening your home to us and we will be seeing more of you in our future plans to the beach!

Our room was beautiful. Our hosts were fantastic. Kind and friendly without being intrusive in any way (although, they were a couple I’d want to be friends with). It was easy to park. In walking distance from the beach but just far enough we weren't overwhelmed by people. We were shown other beautiful rooms on the property and are 100% going to book again—this time with either a bigger apartment with our whole family or even better us and another couple.

Our wife and I had a great time! The owners were very considerate. They had toiletries and bicycles available (the town is VERY bikeable) for no charge and even had beach chairs. The street parking was easy, though we didn't move our car at all since everything was a 5-10 minute bike ride. Everything was clean and tidy. Even the decorations impressed me. If I HAD to pick something I would improve; a microwave would've been ideal. We ended up eating in town almost every meal anyways because the food was so good. If we are ever back in the area, we would absolutely stay here again.

This is the best room I have ever rented! Arrival was easy, with the host welcoming me personally and providing clear, helpful information about the property, including a parking permit and space directly in front of the house. The location of this property is wonderful; an easy walk to everything in town, yet set back enough to be very quiet and peaceful. The neighborhood is safe and comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless and included any amenities we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the room was impeccably decorated. Tim and Nick went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. They were kind, helpful, and fun hosts. I sincerely look forward to my next visit to this rental.
