Welcome to our relaxing, family-friendly, top floor condo with amazing ocean views!! Newly remodeled unit with all updated stainless steel appliances! Unit sleeps 6 people; new queen bed (memory foam), new sleeper sofa, and a set of twin bunk beds. This is a resort-style condo with 3 pools (1 heated), and hot tub! Walking distance to the beach! Enjoy your morning coffee listening to waves crash from the balcony and cozy up to a movie at night on the new 65" Roku TV! Long term stays are welcome!

Living Room: Sleeper sofa with memory foam queen mattress. Includes 65-inch Roku TV with cable. Small dining table (extendable) with two chairs with amazing ocean views! Remote control fan with different light modes.

Kitchen: Brand-new stainless-steel appliances! Fully stocked kitchen for cooking your favorite meals! For coffee lovers, please enjoy our traditional coffee maker or a Keurig. Plasticware cups, bowls, plates and silverware. Wine glasses, scotch glasses, and shot glasses are available.

Café/restaurant available next door at the Courtyard Marriot; serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. They also serve Starbucks coffee.

Bedroom: Private bedroom including a queen memory foam mattress, two nightstands with bedside lamps, 55-inch Roku TV, 4 drawer dresser, remote control fan with light modes. Small closet with double mirror.

Hallway Bunkbeds: Two twin bunkbeds with safety railing and ladder for top bunk.

Bathroom: Full tub and shower, sink with cabinet. Storage closet with towels and toiletries. Shampoo, conditioners, and body soap are provided! Pool towels are provided.

Balcony: Please enjoy the amazing view from the balcony!! During certain times of the day you can hear the ocean! There are 4 comfy chairs to relax and take it all in! We also provide a wagon, kids boogie board, beach sand toys and 4 beach chairs to take with you to the beach!

Pools: Come visit our beautiful grounds with an amazing large resort-style pool, a heated pool and a kids pool for everyone to enjoy! We also have a hot tub near the resort pool for guests to enjoy! There are several charcoal grills available to use at the pools for grilling! There is also a volleyball area.

Gym: Our gym is currently under construction. Guests can use the gym next door at the Courtyard by Marriott. Spacious gym area including free weights and several different types of equipment.

Covered and uncovered parking is available for $10 per day (This includes pool passes). This will be paid for upon arrival at the front office (credit card required). Arriving without a car, pool passes are a one time fee of $10 for your entire stay.

September 16, 2025 update: Construction is currently going on in the front of the complex. Noise may be heard Monday thru Friday with a rare occasion on weekends. HEATED POOL will be closed for renovations starting August 18th thru Thanksgiving.
