Awesome vacation

Taylor was a great host and the place is simply awesome. He was very responsive. The place was clean and beautiful. My wife and I will definitely stay again. We loved the area so much we are thinking of purchasing a neighboring lot to build our own home.

Winter get away

House was just as nice as the first time we rented it.Taylor is great host,he’s made beautiful additions to the property with the outdoor kitchen with sitting area and fire pit.This is the fourth time we’ve rented here but have not been back since we left in 2000 at the start of Covid.It was so nice to get back and relax and enjoy the pool. Thank You Taylor for another enjoyable stay! All our best,Paula and Frank

A first for us in Cape Coral

If you are looking for a clean and welcoming home, this one is it. Since we had never been to this area of Florida we decided to check it out. Very quiet neighborhood. Having lots of kitchen necessities was very helpful. Plastic wrap, trash bags, coffee, spices, ziplocs, paper towels, dish soap along with toilet paper and bottled water. This house was a distance, when considering the traffic, to the beaches. Now that I am a little more familiar with the area, I would choose something closer to beaches and more restaurants. Nothing was wrong with the house though. It was perfect.

Beautiful home

Everything was new and spotless. The amenities were great! We have traveled to Florida before and stayed at hotels. When we did, we had to buy beach chairs etc, and then donate them to a thrift store at the end of the week, The house came with beach equipment, bikes and even a excericise room! It was so great.

Escape from Minnesota winter!

This house was absolutely beautiful and the owner was very easy to communicate with answering questions quickly! This house will not disappoint anyone and situated in a quiet neighborhood with many restaurants and activities close by! We will definitely be returning for another visit!

Florida Vacation

As so many others did, we had to cancel our vacation plans in 2020. Having a senior in high school and a sophomore in college, we thought our family spring break vacation days were over. Fortunately, due to virtual learning we were able to schedule an extended vacation and were able to have everyone together again. Taylor was very kind and responsive to all of our questions prior and during our stay. The location of the house is perfect to explore Cape Coral, Fort Myers and surrounding areas. A very short drive to shopping, restaurants, beaches if you desire, but also a very quiet neighborhood if you just want to hang out by the pool and relax. Great accommodations, kitchen was great to prepare our own meals and have family dinners at home too. Outdoor Lanai with TV made for an awesome place to relax at night with a glass of wine. The house was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. This was our first time renting on VRBO so of course were a little skeptical. This place along with Taylor's communication, and extra's this property provides, made our experience a very good one and probably hard to top. We will definitely return when we are back in the area.

Everything you could want in a vacation rental

I can't say enough about how wonderful this property is. Taylor really goes out of his way to make sure everything you could possibly want is provided. All of the kitchen cookware, linens, towels, etc are all excellent quality. The house is very clean, practically brand new, and everything is top notch. I have rented a lot of vacation properties, and this is by far the nicest house we have ever rented. Taylor was excellent to communicate with , both before and during our stay. If we ever find ourselves in this part of FL again we would not hesitate to rent this house again.

Top notch

We stayed in this house for 5 weeks in January and February and it was outstanding! The house felt like a home away from home for us. It has everything you need and it's supplied with top quality amenities. Taylor responded to every question we had and he was fast with a response. The pool had included heat and it was a perfect temperature from day one. Don't hesitate to rent this house, it is perfect!

Great house for a week away

House was very clean and newer house just like the pictures. We loved the outdoor area and pool. Location is good as well. Will return when we are back in the area. Owners communications was very fast and appreciated that.

Winter get away

This is the second year that we have stayed a month at this property.We have nothing but accolades for this vacation home.It is impeccably clean,comfortable,the kitchen has all that we needed and the convenience of a washer and dryer.The master bedroom and bath are spacious.We really enjoyed the heated pool...almost everyday.The owner has added some nice lounge chairs to relax and read by the pool.So thanks Taylor for sharing your home with us and the new chairs.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.All our best Frank and Paula

Wonderful Cape Coral Home

We spent the month of January at this property. The home is exactly as described. Everything is new and well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and close to nearby shopping and restaurants. The owner is readily available for any questions or concerns. The heated pool and lanai is a great area to relax and unwind. If you are looking for a quiet home in Cape Coral, I highly recommend this property

Relaxing beautiful Cape Coral home!!

Don't even hesitate to stay here. The house is beautiful, new, immaculate, spacious & just as pictured with many nice touches. Perfect for a family or 2 couples, as it is very roomy with two separate living areas. The owners thought of everything to make our stay comfortable: the kitchen is well equipped, there are personal items if you forget something, and a book with suggestions of their favorite places to see in the area. I used the heated pool every day, it was wonderful since we arrived from very cold MI weather. We now prefer Cape Coral to the neighboring areas, far fewer people and less traffic congestion!! We especially enjoyed the downtown New Year's Eve celebration and the CC Yacht Club beach and Tiki restaurant. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Great spring break

We typically go to Disney when we go to Florida. We were looking for something else to that was relaxing. The entire family enjoyed the house. It’s a quiet neighborhood not that far from the beach and most importantly Starbucks. :). The pool was perfect. My husband talked about renting it again before we even left.

Hi, thank you for looking at my Vacation Home Rental. I was your average guy looking to stay at nice vacation rental but after years of good and bad vacation rental experiences I decided to buy a vacation home I said if I did ever own and rented out one, that it would be the best or at least a cut above the rest. So that's my goal!

After years of experience as renters, I thought "maybe I can offer a nicer rental experience" and then retire down to Florida in a few years. So this home to me is MORE than simply a rental, it's my future HOME and hopefully it'll be your home away from home also.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Well, first of all this home is NEW, built less than 6 months ago and stocked full with all NEW furnishings and comfort features. As a man, I wanted the men to feel like they were home so it's packed with Smart BIG and medium TV's and of course a Gaming Console. For the people who like to cook , I designed the kitchen and dinning area with functional appliances and top of the line cooking utensils. Comfort, Luxury and Technology. I hope you enjoy the home.
