Welcome to your perfect mountain escape! This beautifully updated 1 bed / 1 bath ground-level condo sleeps up to 4 guests and sits just steps from Lake Dillon and the Dillon Amphitheater. Whether you're here for summer concerts, lakeside strolls, or world-class skiing, this location offers it all — plus unbeatable views from your private patio.

Inside, the living area features a cozy fireplace, flat-screen TV, comfy seating, and a queen Murphy bed for additional sleeping space. The open kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and the dining table for 6 sits in front of large picture windows, perfect for enjoying meals with a view.

Down the hall, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with a king bed, and a full bathroom with dual sink vanity, a walk-in shower, and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

Guests have full access to the complex clubhouse, featuring an indoor pool and two hot tubs, open year-round!

Great location. Close to the marina and across the street from the amphitheater. Wonderful swimming pool and hot tub. We enjoyed listening to the music at the amphitheater. The shower would be a little funky if sharing the place with another couple.

My husband Stan passed away April 29 and had planned this trip for the four of us to come but just my daughter and I stayed there it was very beautiful and last trip my husband planned. Thank you very much. One of the rocker recliner was broken kind of sideways.

A few issues

The outside light is so bright that even with the blinds closed, it was like sleeping in the daytime. Luckily, by the third night, we noticed a large dark blanket to hang over the blinds. Blackout curtains are needed. We found a hole in the ceiling in the shower area that dripped water when we ran the shower. We did call about that. It would be nice to have a rug of some sort at the entryway. Otherwise, everything was fine. It is a very convenient location. It is on the ground level. No stairs.

5 slopes in easy reach

Excellent location In Dillon. We’re skied Keystone, Breckenridge, and Vail. Beaver Creek and Copper Mountain also close by. Kitchen was great, though could use an oven mitt. Bedroom comfortable but a bit bright as security lights just outside. We still slept well. Nice layout and hot tub & heated pool close by.

Beautiful Views

We found the condo a pleasant spot. We were within a short distance to family members we visited. The king size bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the concerts at Dillon amphitheater from our patio. 1st floor with no steps made it very convenient. Would definitely stay again!

August 2024 Stay

Bed was comfortable. The bathroom sink area was not private. When we arrived, there was an overwhelming cleaning smell that was hard to deal with because the cranks on the 4 windows did not work. The glass in1 window was broken. The kitchen was dated. The dining room was nicely set up with bench seating for 4.The living room was crowded. There was a nice patio/porch that had comfortable seating for 4 with a great view of the mountains and lake Dillon.

Location!

The stay was great. We usually stay in frisco bit because of going to 2 concerts at the dillon amphitheater we wanted to try Dillon. The location for this property is perfect for concerts. We will definately be staying in the future when we fine more concerts we want to come to.

I think the recliner may be broken and should be looked at...it goes back too far when you sit in it. It could use some more coffee cups.

Anniversary Weekend in Dillon

We enjoyed the view of Lake Dillon and the mountains from the Condo. The proximity to Dillon Dam Rd. (to launch our kayaks) and to hiking trails were a real plus for us. Kitchen appliances were updated as was the bathroom. Furnishings were a bit worn. All in all we had a nice anniversary weekend.

Long weekend with family

This was our 3rd time staying at this property. We love the convenience to Dillon Amphitheater and the bike paths. All of our stays have been wonderful and very easy.

Great location, great view, hot tub

I have stayed at a few different condos in the area and this is the first complex that advertised a hot tub AND it was operational during my stay! That was a big plus for me after previous failed attempts for that amenity. The condo was well laid out, easy to share with a friend, and enough room for our down days where we just hung out and watched movies. The location is close to walking trails by the marina and only 10ish min from Keystone which is my preferred ski area. Local places to eat and drink are also easily accessible by a walk or short drive. The place stayed warm and cozy without having to make adjustments to the heater, which in some of these condos had proved difficult in the past as well. So kudos for having that be easy for a guest! Definitely suggested for other travelers! Negatives for me but might not matter to others: 1. Bed in bedroom and murphy bed were too soft. I had to dig myself out of craters during the night and ended up with a sore neck and back many times. I prefer a firm matress, so again this might not be a problem for others. My friend put the murphy bed on the floor which helped but she had the same issue. 2. The kitchen was not as well stocked as I've seen in other places. There was enough there for minimal cooking (eggs in the morning) but not for creating bigger meals for dinner. Maybe a few more pans, and a way to vent while cooking. We set up a fan at the back door to clear the room while doing pan seared pork.

An Excellent Stay

We loved the beautiful view of Lake Dillon we had from the living areas of this one-bedroom condo. We found it spacious, well furnished and clean. The condo is located in the center of Dillon on the first floor with convenient parking. It’s easy walking distance to the amphitheater, the marina and restaurant.

We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
