Hurricane Milton

Unable to go because airport MCO was closed day of arrival. Also, area was devastated from hurricane Milton. There were power outages, at condo and many other places in Cocoa Beach. Owner said power was expected to be restored shortly, but I had read some places were out of power for days. Saw local tv videos of downed trees and roads that were blocked off because of damage. Great Rental

Nicely remodeled, excellent owner communication, close to many restaurants, nicely stocked Kitchenware. We had a nice relaxing, long weekend.

Cocoa Beach stay

The unit was clean and updated and fully furnished kitchen and steps to pool and beach. They had construction going on during stay and outside and adjacent properties somewhat dated but Steven was very responsive and the inside of unit very nice.

Great location for launch watching.

We went down to visit Kennedy Space Center and (unsuccessfully) observe the launch of the Artemis I. The condo was great, location excellent and proximity to the beach was perfect. Everything was as described. Fortunately, Elon and SpaceX came through with a night launch on our final night to cap off the trip.

Perfect Stay at Sandcastles

I stay at Sandcastles every summer. This unit is clean, spacious and updated. The ground level unit is perfectly located near the parking lot, pool and easy walk to the beach. The condo has everything you need for an amazing stay!

Sandcastles

We were very happy that the condo was so clean, the master shower has wonderful pressure. It’s nice to be able to pull up out front to unload .Steven was very easy to work with. Just love sandcastles location is perfect.

Stay was fine, but check-out process was messy

The condo was fine, but the landlord got really upset at check-out and threatened to charge us $200 as an excess cleaning fee. We followed every detail in the check-out procedures and left the place in great shape. Fortunately, VRBO investigated the claim and agreed with our assessment. It is a shame there was so much unnecessary drama. It ruined what was otherwise a pleasant vacation.

Accessible and Close to the Beach

My wife and I stayed here with my wife's parents. My father-in-law uses a walker/wheel chair, so it was great to have an accessible place for him. It was very convenient to be able to drive up right to the door on the bottom floor, and my father-in-law was able to move around the space easily. There is beach access right from the complex and they had boogie boards, skim boards, beach chairs, and an umbrella to use. The pool/hot tub is also right out the front door. The host was very kind and responsive. We had a great stay!

What a Place!

This was a fantastic experience. Details of the property were perfectly explain. Ground level was such a bonus. Steps from the pool and beach access made things so easy. Property was very well maintained. Communication from owner was easy and very responsive. Thanks for helping to make it a great vacation.

Great location

This property is right on the ocean in the middle of everything there is to do in Cocoa Beach. It is clean and properly maintained. The grounds are beautiful with an awesome pool and steps to beach access. The owner is great and very helpful.

Complete and cozy place for a family vacation.

Very well decorated, equipped, and comfortable condo. We had a blast! Just a few steps from the beach, heated pool, and hot tub made our life easy with the kids. Safe and quiet place. We definitely will be back!

Great times

The apartment was wonderful for a family with a disabled member. Very well equipped with a great location to the beach, restaurants and stores. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. We had such a nice time, we decided to stay an extra day.

Extremely clean and property well maintained

Beautiful accommodations! Pictures are exactly as the condo is . Huge Master suite. Beach is a very short walk and pool is right outside your door .
