Complete and cozy place for a family vacation.

Very well decorated, equipped, and comfortable condo. We had a blast! Just a few steps from the beach, heated pool, and hot tub made our life easy with the kids. Safe and quiet place. We definitely will be back!

A girlfriend and I came for a 5 day getaway. We’d come back, for sure!

The condo and surrounding grounds were clean, well-kept and quiet. We enjoyed the large, clean pool only steps from our room door. The beach beyond the locked gate was fabulous too. I felt safe here and would definitely come back with my family and friends!

Perfect Stay at Sandcastles

I stay at Sandcastles every summer. This unit is clean, spacious and updated. The ground level unit is perfectly located near the parking lot, pool and easy walk to the beach. The condo has everything you need for an amazing stay!

Cocoa Beach stay

The unit was clean and updated and fully furnished kitchen and steps to pool and beach. They had construction going on during stay and outside and adjacent properties somewhat dated but Steven was very responsive and the inside of unit very nice.

This property is right on the ocean in the middle of everything there is to do in Cocoa Beach. It is clean and properly maintained. The grounds are beautiful with an awesome pool and steps to beach access. The owner is great and very helpful.

Great times

The apartment was wonderful for a family with a disabled member. Very well equipped with a great location to the beach, restaurants and stores. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. We had such a nice time, we decided to stay an extra day.

We spent a week in April at this condo. great place, clean and well maintained, everything we needed was there, fully equipped and great location....owner was easy to work with and conscientious.
