Our traditional cottage is perched high in the trees for spectacular views to enjoy with your morning coffee on the deck and provides ample privacy from neighbors. The perfect family vacation spot with 3.5 bedrooms that sleeps 6 adults comfortably with additional bunk beds for the kids! Only minutes to Bancroft centre with all the amenities you need for groceries and supplies as well to enjoy the restaurants, brewery, cafes and boutique shops. Our no-motor boat lake makes for clean & safe swimming, kayaking or canoeing. The area around the dock is clear of weeds and about 6 ft at the end of the dock with a sandy soil bottom. Minutes to the nearest ATV/Snow mobile trails. Yoga & massage available at Grail Springs Spa across the lake.

NOTE:
-We suggest you bring your own Beach Towels, since our laundry capacity is limited and we cannot supply large towels
-Our beautiful view does come with many stairs down to the water and is not recommended for those with mobility issues
- Water is not potable and we will supply your first jug of bottled water
-Mature groups and families only

HOUSE RULES:

Long weekends require a minimum of 3 nights booked.
Summer Rentals: Require minimum 7 day rental Sun-Sun.
Winter Rentals: Be careful in snowy conditions as we have a steep hill on the laneway to access the cottage. Winter tires are required in snowy weather and 4 wheel drive is recommended depending on weather.

House must be left in the same condition as found. All garbage must be taken with guests upon departure. Local dump is open FRI,SAT,SUN,MON. Please do a sweep through and make sure any messes are cleaned before leaving. Additional cleaning time required for messes left behind will be charged at a rate of $50/hour. $20 fee will be charged per garbage bag left behind.

Local bon fire bylaws must be monitored and followed. No wood/plant debris on the property is allowed to be used for fires.
