Hay dos dormitorios principales con baño privado con vista a la playa. Cada uno tiene una cama king size y un amplio armario. El dormitorio de invitados con baño tiene 2 camas dobles.
El complejo Villas Del Mar II tiene una enorme piscina con vistas a la playa. Hay tumbonas y mesas con sombrillas que flanquean la piscina.
El complejo Villas Del Mar II está a solo un par de minutos a pie del puerto deportivo de Puerto Aventuras, que cuenta con muchos restaurantes internacionales, boutiques, Dolphin Discovery, tiendas de buceo, supermercados y mucho más. Las instalaciones de golf y tenis también están cerca.
Ubicado en el centro de la Riviera Maya con las localidades de Playa del Carmen, Akumal y Tulum muy cerca. Lovely condo.

Very lovely condo. Nice ocean views. Well appointed. Matching good quality wine glasses (kind of a rare thing in rental properties). Easy quick communication. Water did go out twice during our trip in the early morning hours, but was restored within an hour or two both times. Overall quite a nice place.

Girls trip

This is the second year we have stayed in this property and hoping to be able to book again in 2024. The view is INCREDIBLE, the unit is well stocked and a close proximity to the marina for all the restaurants. Love the size of this complex !! Only downfall was the big house next door rented to a large group of spring breakers that were shut down after a few days. Nothing anyone can do about that but our property manager contacted the manager of that property and it was dealt with and tolerable for the last few days they were there. Chance you take traveling during spring break :)

This condo was fabulous! Lots of room for us 6 adults. The views from 2 bedrooms were INCREDIBLE! Loved our huge deck. Loved our pool and being on the beach! You can’t really swim from our beach… rocky and seaweed but you can walk 5 minutes down the beach. Loved that they provide beach towels, water filter on fridge with free water jugs, and daily housekeeping if wanted. You have coffee maker and blender. One suggestion… it would be good to provide salt, pepper, a few spices and coffee filters. Concierge answered questions quickly. It was a dream vacation! Totally loved our stay!💗💗💗Would highly recommend this condo!💖There’s a big store (like Walmart) out of the gated community… about 30 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride (100 pesos), where you can get everything!

Absolutely Perfect!

We brought my MIL for her 60th birthday, two of her friends, my spouse and I and our kids, 2 and 4. The three bedroom condo was absolutely perfect. having a bathroom in each room is so nice. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, but no spices or oils or anything (but, easy to get at Chedraui). the view from the 4th floor is stunning! the pool was rarely busy. And when it was busy, it was still not packed, by any means. The ocean is great for wading for the kids and dipping in the water for adults. there are plenty of spots within a 5 minute walk to swim out further if you’d like. PA is just pure magic! We love it and felt so safe. Plenty of options to eat and Chedraui is a quick $10 taxi ride RT to stock up on groceries. Everything was very walkable for all of us, but golf carts are available to rent. Concierge can organize transport from airport and for day trips if needed. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer. Would 100% recommend and hope I can come stay again!

A very nice place in a very nice place

The condo is a great unit and well managed by RMH. Communication was easy, the extra contract was a bit inconvenient but everything was by the book. The view was spectacular and one of the few places on this beach where a sunset is viewable. Morning coffees were cool and beautiful outside. Afternoons were a bit hot due to lack of shade in the penthouse. Housekeeping was a bit too often, but better than not at all and timing unpredictable any time between 9 and 4. Puerto Aventuras always gets 5 stars. This property gets 5 as well...

Perfect Vacation Getaway

This was a gorgeous property with stunning ocean views. Living area with an open floor plan, 3 bedrooms (two with ocean views) each with their own bathrooms. It’s just as good if not better than the photos on the VBRO site. The kitchen came fully stocked with all the essentials. They even provided several 5 gallon bottles of drinking water. The only thing you might want to bring is soap. They only had one dispenser of liquid soap in each bathroom. Plenty of beach towels were provided. My contact, Elizabeth from Riviera Maya Haciendas was fabulous. She promptly answered all questions via email and helped us out with an early check in. Although the beach right out front isn’t really suitable for swimming - very shallow, it would be perfect for little kids. The bay itself is great for paddle boarding, kayaking, etc. I also wanted to mention that there was a Smart TV. Puerto Adventuras is a great location, and we loved the property. I would not hesitate to rent here again!!

Wonderful Condo

The view from this condo was amazing. The huge glass doors were opened everyday to let the breeze through. The condo is gorgeous and we really appreciated the heavy wooden doors that made the place sound proof. Not an easy feat with four teenagers. The seagrass was minimal and actually cleared away so we could swim and snorkel. The pool was great and never crowded. There were spices in the kitchen which was important to me as I cooked a lot. Elizabeth was always prompt at responding to our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

Super Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist wirklich etwas vom Besten, das man kriegen kann... Die Lage ist sehr zentral gelegen an der Riviera Maya, welche unzählige Tagesausflüge ermöglicht. Die Lage in Puerto Aventuras selber ist sehr gut, auch wenn nicht gerade voll im Zentrum gelegen, sind doch die meisten Restaurants und Bars keine 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Zur Wohnung selber kann ich nur sage: Einsame Spitze!! Sie ist sehr geräumig, schön eingerichtet, voll klimatisiert, eine Aussicht aufs Meer die keine Wünsche offen lässt, ein Balkon auf dem man die gemütlichen Abende verbringen kann usw. Zudem gibt es fast alles, Standtücher, Kajakpaddel, Sandspielsachen, DVD's, X-Box games, Bücher usw. Einfach Toll. Und das Personal mit Lara war stets sehr hilfreich und sehr nett. Ich würde diese Wohnung allen wärmstens empfehlen, Preis-Leistung stimmt absolut (es kam fast täglich jemand zur Reinung). Vielen Dank an Lara, es war super

Absolutely beautiful!

If you want to just relax, enjoy the sun and beach and go for a refreshing swim then this is the place to do it. My family of five spent a week here and we were all able to get a full "battery recharge". (I read three books) I recommend renting a car and leaving Puerto Aventuras to experience more of the Mexican culture and to go out to eat, also to visit the ruins and local cenotes. If you're wanting to make your own food, the Super across the highway is the best place to get all your food. The taco cart outside the Super makes amazing tacos too. My whole family including two teenage boys stuffed ourselves there with real Mexican tacos for under $20. The best place we ate at though was Cosme's in Akumal on the other side of the highway from the beach. Tacos Al Pastor starting at 6pm. If you need anything during your stay Lara is very helpful and accommodating (and beautiful). Thank you Marina and Lara!

Wonderful!

Our family of 6 (3 kids 10, 6 and 3 plus Grandma) spent 10 wonderful days at this condo! It looks just like the pictures. I loved the enormous slider doors to the balcony overlooking the beach. The bedrooms were all good sized and for part of our trip we had people staying in the condo next to us and NEVER heard them. We spent time looking around at the various complexes in Puerto Aventuras and I really think Villas Del Mar II is one of the best. It's 3 buildings with a total of 36 units (I think). While we were there probably half of them were booked. Several owners were there, some vacationing and others now live there and they were nice and helpful. AND definitely one thing I noticed that was different was the maintenance staff at Villas Del Mar II cleaned up the beach seaweed EVERY morning before 8am. We had the cleanest beach of any resort (though it is rocky and shallow, but beautiful). It was so nice. You can walk down to Villas Del Mar to the left and they have a bigger sandy beach and sandy water, but they also do have a lot of seaweed. Puerto Aventuras is a great town with several restaurants, shops, dolphins, etc. all right there. But yet you are in the middle of the Riviera Maya to go South to Akumal, Tulum, Xel-Ha, etc. or North to Xcaret and Playa del Carmen, so you are perfectly located for day trips. We will definitely be back. Some of our recommendations: Cafe Ole Restaurant: Food is good, they have live music frequently and the BEST homemade pies! The Pub: The food is very good, a varied selection and really good service. The owner is very gracious. Paparazzi Pizza: They deliver too! Pastas and lasagnas were all tasty as well. Bamboo Cafe: This is located about a block from the condo in the marina (closer than the village) and they have excellent smoothies and coffees. Super delicious salads. Empanadas and sandwiches, too. Outdoor patio with wifi. Great morning or lunch spot - we went there every single day for something. XPA Spa: This spa is outdoors which makes it feel even more special. The massages we got were wonderful! Book online and save money too.

Perfecto in Every Way

Well appointed ocean-front condo with pool in the courtyard of the complex. Marina, Victor, Lupito, Lucy and Mimi took such great care of us, looking after every detail of our stay. Any information regarding activities was readily available and Lupito cooked an awesome Mexico dinner for us right in our own kitchen, serving us on the terrace overlooking the pool and ocean. The property was great, but the people were even better. Condo is well located so that you can easily walk to the Marina town center in minutes. Condo also well equipped with anything you need, plus it had many amenities I didn't expect, such as life preservers, kayak, dvd/cd's and whirlpool tub located on the terrace. Condo located in a protected bay that made swimming and kayaking easy and fun. You can also watch the yachts come and go since there's a main marina channel just to the right of the complex.

un avant-goût du Paradis : bien-être et détente

Après un séjour dans un hôtel à Playa Del Carmen , nous avons poursuivi nos vacances en louant ce très bel appartement de type penthouse , spacieux , joliment décoré et très bien équipé. Les chambres sont confortables , avec une literie de très bonne qualité. Le salon est agréable , la cuisine ouverte sur le salon est fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Le plus de cet appartement situé au dernier étage est sa superbe terrasse avec une splendide vue sur la mer , permettant de prendre ses repas. Le "centre" de Puerto Aventuras est aisément accessible par la plage pour profiter des commerces et des petits restaurants animés autour du delphinarium. Les parties communes de cette résidence sont agréables et bien tenues , agrémentées d'une jolie piscine entourée d'un bel espace vert avec bains de soleil et accès direct à la plage. Il est facile en louant un véhicule de se rendre sur les principaux centres d'intérêt touristiques (Tulum et ses plages , le parc Sian Ka'an , Xelha et autres) et le "must" pouvoir se rendre à Punta Allen déguster la langouste grillée ! Un grand merci à Alfredo et au staff (Lucy et Nicolas)

Villa Del Mar II - serenaded by the waves

Before booking through Riviera Maya Haciendas I did a thorough amount of research. We were traveling with 3 - 55+ adults and an 18 and 25 year old. I had a long list of requirements and with many sites varying greatly in price, location and offerings it took weeks to narrow my selections down. I was looking for a well managed and safe environment for our family while staying in the intimacy of someones condominium, beautiful beaches and facilities far away from the hustle and bustle of Cancun and Playa del Carmen, easy access to Mayan ruins, the airport, restaurants and a grocery store. I found all that and more at Villa Del Mar II condominiums and Laura Hernandez, concierge and villa manager and Marina Le Maillot, reservations manager, made my booking seamless. Located in a small gated community called Puerto Aventuras, just one hour south of Cancun, Villas Del Mar II is a beautiful, quaint complex, nestled at the far end of Puerto Aventuras. Before entering our condo we were greeted by waves crashing in a beautiful azure ocean. The view is spectacular with huge sliding doors opening onto a balcony that seems poised over the water, and every room has access to the sound and sights of the ocean. The condo is well appointed with what seems like new mattresses and baskets full of beach towels in every room. We love to cook and found the kitchen well stocked with every gadget we needed. We did not want for anything. When we arrived Lupita, the cook arranged by Laura, was cooking us a beautiful 5 course dinner which we ate by candlelight on the large balcony while being serenaded by the sound of waves crashing and what seemed like every star in the sky. We spent the rest of our days snorkeling in the lagoon, swimming in the large fresh water pool, sea kayaking and touring the ruins. My family and I have traveled extensively and I can't say enough about Villa Del Mar II. You will want for nothing and if you do, Laura, Marina or Alonso are always available to take your call and answer any questions. I would recommend renting a car.

Our home is very comfortable and is very well equipped. Our terrace has dining alfresco, chaises and a super jacuzzi....relaxation is guaranteed! Swimming and snorkeling here in Fatima Bay is just wonderful. Here are Villas Del Mar II we have a fantastic swimming pool, the complex has chaises and palapas for shade.
