Welcome to your aviation-themed getaway, perfectly situated next to New Kent Airport, Virginia! Beautifully decorated and flooded with natural light, this home is ideal for aviation enthusiasts, families, or anyone looking for a unique stay.

Watch prop planes and the occasional helicopter take off and land right from the backyard fence or from the four huge picture windows in the third-floor observatory—no jets, just a peaceful and charming airport experience.

The first floor features a bright, open living room with plush sofas, a pool table, Pac-Man arcade, modern electric fireplace, and Roku TV—perfect for family fun or a night in.

The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, modern appliances, a Keurig Duo, blender, and all the essentials, plus a sunny dining nook with runway views. Also on the first floor, you’ll find a smaller full bathroom, a king bedroom with a small walk-in closet , and a queen bedroom, both cozy and bright with ceiling fans and Roku TVs.

Upstairs, the master suite is a luxurious retreat with a king bed, plush throw, large walk-in closet, chest of drawers, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a skylit, tiled shower with a luxury showerhead and a shower/tub combo.
