The Space:

In the desirable Singing Sands community, 977 Sailfish is a wonderful place to make beach memories with the family! Enjoy the sound of the waves and the partial view of the Gulf from the furnished deck, or take the short walk/golf cart ride down to the beach.



You'll love the coastal decor throughout this home. The open living/dining/kitchen area features comfortable seating, and a large screen television - great for relaxing after a day in the sun. There is seating at the small kitchen island, as well as the dining table (which is also wonderful for family game nights). The well-stocked kitchen has all you need to prepare and serve your favorite meals and snacks. Other comforts of home include an on-site washer and dryer, and high speed internet for your devices, baby crib and other baby items.



With over 1500 square feet, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home comfortably accommodates 10. The primary bedroom features a king bed, with an ensuite bath and gorgeous tub! The second bedroom offers one full sized bed, and the third has a queen bed. The final bedroom is a loft that is perfect for the kids. You'll find bunk beds for 4, as well as a seating area and television, and even some games and books!



On the ground level, there is ample parking, as well as room to entertain! The fenced yard keeps pets and kids safe. The outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off a day in the sand, before enjoying the house, and you can dine alfresco using the charcoal grill..



Unfortunately, per the homeowner's association, the community pool is not accessible for guest's use.

One small dog (under 40 pounds) allowed with additional fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
