Enjoy the balcony with partial ocean views and soak up the Florida sun! The bright airy corner unit with plenty of windows provides all day sunlight with it's southern exposure. The villa offers two bedrooms, each tastefully appointed to offer flexibility for families or groups of friends. The master bedroom provides a comfortable haven with a king-sized bed, a large window allowing plenty of sunlight and a master bathroom with new glass shower. The second bedroom is designed with two comfy twin beds, creating a cozy atmosphere for a restful night. There is also a queen pullout sofa for extra guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay. The dining table seats six. “Bonus” the balcony also provides a BBQ grill.

​​​​​​​Within the resort you'll enjoy two sparkling swimming pools—one heated for the cooler seasons—and five rejuvenating hot tubs. Enjoy: pickleball, tennis, shuffleboard, bocce, fishing pond, BBQ grill area and more! As in previous reviews the property is in a nice area, convenient location but definitely needs some updating. The carpet and furniture are very worn and old but overall cleanliness was good. Pool is great! Beach is beautiful!

So relaxing!

My husband and 2 daughters stayed here for 3 nights and wish we could’ve stayed longer! Such a great location and the property was bigger than expected. Right next to the pool and beach. They provided more than enough garbage bags, washing detergent, etc. great stay! Will definitely be back.

We had an amazing experience. Loved the location, the quiet atmosphere despite it being spring break, and the friendly atmosphere. The condo was clean and the owner was very responsive when I had questions. Will definitely be back! Thank you!

Very comfortable stay

The price and location were perfect. It says 5min walk to the beach, but its really more like 3! The property was well maintained and quiet. I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the decor was a bit outdated and the carpet needed replacing. Overall I we loved it!

Great location to the beach, accommodations were “outdated”, but livable. 77degrees inside condo, and AC unit was not working. Ground floor entrance, did not want to leave windows open due to young children sleeping in front ground level room. Was not thrilled with the “it’s cool out” response from management. Would not recommend

Christmas Getaway

The property was nice. The resort rooms could use some updated furniture and entry doors to resort room is definitely not stable. The code did not work and had to call the owner for the code on the outside door lock to get in. The door is not flush when closed felt like it could easily be broken into. Other than that, all the necessary items to cook were there. The advertisement said the room was on the bottom floor, but it was actually on the second floor. There is not an elevator.

The pictures and details didn’t match the condo! We had trouble with the door It was stuck, the carpet had to be the original with dog poop stuck in carpet, the couch and recliners were original too. So out dated. And not even an ocean view.
