This third-floor condo, ideally situated within walking distance of the Ritz-Carlton, is a wonderful place to unwind. Inside, you'll find beautiful ocean views, a fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi, and a full-size washer/dryer. And there's no better spot to begin and end each day than the shaded oceanfront balcony, which is accessed from both the living room and the bedroom.

Very nice but needs paint and kitchen renovation

We enjoyed our stay. Walls and baseboards need painting. Kitchen needs update. Communication with management company was excellent.

Great stay

Impressed with the unit and the way it was stocked with all the items needed - paper towels, tissues, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. Also, I liked the ease of setting up the vacation through text and emails. I was provided everything needed in order to check in and out with ease.

Great view of ocean. Close walk to Beach. Only negatives is the condo could use some TLC with updating and a new mattress with no carpet in bedroom especially for a beach. Other than that peaceful

Very nice property and great location right on the beach. Three issues to mention: No grab bar in the shower Outside of windows needs cleaning as it distorts the view a bit. Needs instructions on use of the different TV remotes and a list of available channels.

Overall wonderful. Cushions on patio need replacing, vanity sink appeared moldy at top, baseboards need cleaning. Rug in bathroom, look very dirty.

3 night stay

Our stay was overall satisfactory and the condo suited our 3 night stay. I would suggest that the condo have some potholders available. The only thing provided was one kitchen towel that we had to use as a potholder. I would also suggest a set of steak knives. Other than that, it was a satisfactory experience.

Beachfront condo

The weather was cold and windy which made walking on the beach not an option for us. The bed (mattress) was too soft for our preference. There was only one comfortable seat in the living room, a loveseat. I would suggest getting a full size sofa so there would be more comfortable seating.

Overall enjoyed our stay very much. The following was noted. The bathroom exhaust fan needs replacing. The ventilation duct system needs cleaning. Noticeable dust/dirt on bedroom ceiling.

Disappointing

Nice location, but unit does not live up to the on-line impression. Chandelier missing light bulbs, broken microwave, windows so dirty that the only good view of the ocean is from the balcony, elevator works sometimes but not others, keypad entry to the property often malfunctions. Weather was nice and the beach is excellent.

Check-in .... new smart locks had been installed the day before and the codes were not supplied at the drop box it took 3 hours before we were able to check in 1 am .... Marci with Vacasa Management did what a Good Management should and did not charge us for the 1 night. The unit was clean and did not disappoint. Love Amelia Island and looking out at the beach and the ocean. Will do it again.

Amazing Amelia

Loved Amelia Island and Ferdinanda Beach. The condo was clean but somewhat shabby. However, I would return. My only real complaint was the furniture on the balcony. It was rickety and not conducive to sitting on the balcony. I would suggest a small outdoor couch or a couple of comfortable chairs. I was looking forward to sitting on the balcony and reading. Also, the toaster doesn’t work properly. Only toasts one side. Overall we enjoyed our stay and are thinking about returning next year.

The condo is clean and has a beautiful view of the ocean. Sunrise in the morning is spectacular. I do have one major complaint. We flew 1,000 miles to enjoy the beach. The condo unit had 2 junky beach chairs, one of which had "Amelia Rentals" written on it......probably thrown out by the rental company. There was a flimsy beach umbrella that fell apart when I opened it. Not a surprise because it wasn't sturdy enough to withstand even a light wind. There were no beach towels that I could find. No small cooler, aluminum foil, anything to wrap sandwiches. I

This condo is very outdated. Quite a few things are in need of repair. It is not well stocked at all. It was very clean, inside and out. There were a couple issues but the Management company resolved them quickly. This property has a gym facility but it is closed indefinitely. This was disappointing. The area was nice. It was a great view and easy walk to the pool/ beach. I would not recommend for small children, as there are glass tables throughout the unit.
