The living room is furnished with a flat-screen TV and a comfy sectional couch where you can cozy up with a book while enjoying the large windows and expansive views. Take advantage of the charming french doors that open up to the backyard for seamless indoor-outdoor living.


✧ Outdoor Spaces (2) ✧
The backyard is truly the star of the show! It is fully fenced and features a large swinging daybed, a four-burner grill, a fire pit (please bring your own firewood), a stock tank pool (available May-September), and twinkly string lights. Take in the sweeping views and catch a glimpse of the many bird friends that visit the ranch!

The front lawn is just as inviting with its comfortable patio set and swinging chairs under the large oak tree. There is a large grassy area for kids and pups to run around and enjoy!


✧ Kitchen and Dining ✧
Inside the retro-style kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to cook dinner with friends and family! There are small appliances including a Keurig, toaster, kettle, microwave, and blender.

The large dining table provides plenty of space for your entire group to gather for a family style meal!

✧ Bedrooms (3) ✧
The home is furnished with full and queen size beds, a floor mattress, and a crib. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and has a closet with plenty of storage space.


✧ Bathrooms (2) ✧
The two charming bathrooms are fully stocked - unwind after a long day by taking a relaxing bath in the clawfoot tub!

Other Things to Note:
✧ Pets ✧
Your 4-legged friends are welcome, but only if they are fully potty trained and well behaved. Please do not allow them on the furniture!

✧ Septic ✧
Please keep in mind that we run on septic. So please do not flush anything that's not toilet paper!

✧ Fires ✧
Every summer there are burn bans in the area, usually June through September. No fires or open flames, including candles. The gas BBQ grill is okay to use during a burn ban.
