Outdoor Oasis: Step outside to the private backyard, complete with a screen in Florida room/patio area and Vinyl Fenced in backyard for outdoor activities.

Other things to note
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Based on availability, you can check in as early as 1:00 pm for a $75 fee, and check out as late as 1:00 pm for the same amount.

PETS: We’re happy to host your lovely pet. We can accept for a $100 fee. Pets must be house-trained and are not allowed on furnishings and beds (a $100 fee will be applied if a lot of pet hair is found on furnishings). We also ask you to crate your pet when left alone in the house. Please share your pet’s breed and weight information prior to booking so we can provide written approval.

Please note: Any sign of pet damage will result in an appropriate fee for the damage at hand. A $100 fee will be applied for unattended pet waste.

POOL SERVICE: The pool is serviced on a weekly basis. This may occur during your stay. This means someone will be in the backyard for approximately 30 minutes while they clean it.
NOTE: If pool heating is required, please request it 24 hours in advance. Extra cost $30/day.

LAWN & LANDSCAPING: The lawn and landscaping is maintained bi-weekly. While I do my best to have this serviced between guests, it is not always an option.

SECURITY: To help secure the home for you and your guests, we have Ring home alarm, a ring Flood camera facing the driveway.
