- The pool is not heated. The hot tub heat is great!
- This property does NOT have AC.
- Pets are not allowed.
- There is a casita that has a separate entrance from the house that may have a guest. This casita is completely separate from this listing and has no access to the house or the backyard area. They are independent units and private from one another.
