This brand-new ground-up construction 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 653 sq. ft.,1st-story condo in a triplex has a new modern interior, as well as brand new interior and exterior furnishings - making it a great “fresh choice'' for your seaside vacation interlude.
Another great feature is that it is west of I-5, therefore closer to the ocean and the community itself. Other awesome pluses are that it only 3 short blocks (0.4 miles/6-minute) walk to the sand, 3 short blocks (0.3) miles to Oceanside's Pier District where you will find wonderful restaurants, shops cafes, 8 miles (13-min) to LEGOLAND, 19 miles (22-min) to the Del Mar Racetrack and Fairgrounds, and 19 miles (37-min) to downtown San Diego - with its own great array of world-class attractions as well.
