Please note that the property may not be suitable for young children. We have rare, delicate, and some thorny plants in the yard, as well as fragile décor and furniture inside. Guests traveling with children should message us before booking to confirm they are comfortable with the layout and will provide appropriate supervision. Guests are responsible for ensuring everyone’s safety, caring for the home and its furnishings, and maintaining cleanliness throughout their stay.
We personally welcome guests on the day of arrival to provide a quick walkthrough of the home, demonstrate how to use the door locks, explain access to the carport and garage, point out where the trash and recycling bins are located, and highlight the small amenities available to enhance your stay.
Please note that we perform yard maintenance every other day. This may include watering plants, mowing the lawn, or clearing fallen leaves. We may also need to access the garage to retrieve yard equipment and tools. We will always notify you in advance before coming by.
We live locally, about 15 minutes away, and are happy to assist if needed.
