Chic-style, minimalist and industrial cozy house that provides everything you need for a smooth vacation. King size beds and 100% cotton bed linens offer comfortable sleep. The house is only 8 minutes from SeaTac Airport and 1 mile (15 minutes walk) to Light-rail station, super close to major freeways etc. I-5, I-405. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Early check-in and late check-out are offered on a space-available basis!

There are two king size beds, one for each bedroom. We only use 100% cotton bed linens and towels to offer guests a comfortable stay

Smart locks offer self check-in. Each guest will be provided a unique code to enter the house. There are two parking spots in our driveway and plenty of on street parking. The property is under surveillance 24/7 for your safe stay (we have cameras outside the house, never inside the house)

The house has A/C for those hot summer nights and our energy efficient gas furnace will keep you warm in winter

Kitchen is fully equipped with full size electric stove, refrigerator, water kettle, toaster and everything you need to cook and eat in. Dining table can host 4 people comfortably

Complimentary snacks, water, tea and coffee are available upon your arrival

Bathroom has a full-size bathtub, toilet and sink. Fresh towels, hand soap, 3-in-1 shampoo, shower gel, and bubble bath will be provided

NO SMOKE or VAPE inside the house. If you do need to smoke, please do so outside or your deposit will be taken

NO SHOES inside the house. Slippers are provided

NO PARTIES are allowed. The house is under 24/7 surveillance and we won’t hesitate to cancel your reservation and call the police if you’re throwing a party at our place

Our backyard is private and well maintained. There is a covered deck in our backyard.

Our location is close to SeaTac Airport, Rental Vehicles, Saars, McDonald, Seven Eleven, Starbucks, Subway and many restaurants

Your Unit is A (green door), please do not mistake it with Unit B (white door). We don’t live on the property and there is another separate and smaller unit on the property, please DON’T DISTURB our guests who staying in that unit, and park your cars at designated spots which is in front of your unit's door.
