The house is so cute! It’s exactly how it looks in the photos and it has everything you could possibly need. And the deck is a perfect hang out spot. The view is amazing and so peaceful. We especially loved sitting on the deck at sunset watching the pirate ship sail by every evening. We had the best time. Already planning our return visit.

I brought my kids to visit for a long weekend and this place was absolutely incredible..it’s so adorable and the views are just stunning and it’s close to everything..can’t wait to come back and next time stay longer.

This was a great place for our family beach getaway. The beach house was very clean and well appointed. We loved the vibe right down to the neon lights. Would definitely book again.

The place was perfect for our stay! Steps to the beach, and all the things available to us for beach days- umbrella, chairs, sifters, shovels, etc. Unfortunately we weren’t able to use the kayak while we were there because the water was too rough. Owner was very easy to communicate with and received rapid responses when a message was sent. HIGHLY recommend this house!

The house is perfectly on the beach - cannot get better access to the beach/ocean or better rooftop views of the ocean and sunset. There are three bedrooms on the bottom floor with an exterior door and living space on the upstairs, also with an exterior door. Plenty of space to be together, or separate and not feel cramped. Water pressure in the upstairs shower, and exterior shower are great. While the cottage is old, the updates are noticeable including the appliances - which are all adorable retro fitting the vibe of the space. We appreciated the storage locker with life jackets, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Washer and dryer are easily accessible. Lots of shower towels, extra paper towels, TP, etc. Location is perfect walking distance to shops and restaurants and was easy for Instacart deliveries. The people renting the second house on the property left on our first full day of staying, so we did not have anyone the rest of the week - which was nice. This is one we would book again.

We had a fantastic time. The bungalow was adorable with a very nice 1950s vibe. The deck was the highlight for morning coffee, sunset, or just Lou gong anytime of the day. The beach was not too crowded and conveniently located to John’s pass.

A Dream comes true! Such a wonderful Beach House, original, lovely Florida Style! We enjoyed our Time, just steps to the Beach. Breakfast at the Rooftop and Sunset too! Perfect communication with the Host!

My group and I had amazing time at this beach house. Literally right on the beach and close to so many things and restaurants. The house was so cute and perfect for us. Bob was super responsive anytime I messaged him. We will definitely be staying again in the future!

Our host Bob sent us a thorough review of the property , surrounding area and details involving check-in far in advance of our arrival which made the arrival process seamless. The property had a great "old Florida" feel, and was spacious and comfortable for our 3 generation group of 5.The beach is easily accessible with an unobstructed view from the living room and deck. The John's Pass boardwalk is a short walk away. With an absence of high rise condos, the beach is almost private. We hope to return.
