Check In: is 4:00 PM and Checkout is 10:00 AM. We cannot accommodate early check or late check out
Temperature: A/C is programmed to restrict any setting below 70 degrees in order to maintain proper maintenance per the recommendation from our HVAC technicians
Amenities: Cleaning company provides starter supplies of toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels), trash bags, dish soap
Parking: 1 assigned parking space is available for 1 vehicle. Additional guest parking is limited and is first come first serve. Utilize parking pass displayed at all times to avoid a fine and/or tow. Association does not allow any trailers or RVs on the premises
Pet Policy: No pets are allowed
Accessibility: Located on Floor 4 - accessible by 4 flights of stairs or use building elevator to access level 4 above parking garage
Renter: Must be 25 years or older to rent
