- Features 4 side-by-side luxury cabins, each designed for comfort and privacy.



- 3 cabins include master suites with luxury bathrooms and living rooms with sleeper sofas.



- 4th cabin features two master suites, two en-suite bathrooms, a full living room, and a kitchenette.



-Each cabin has a private entrance, and each master bedroom opens to a spacious deck with panoramic views of Lookout Mountain.



BEDROOMS:

- Each bedroom is a master suite with a queen-sized bed and a beautifully tiled bathroom.



- Step out from your bedroom onto the deck and enjoy stunning sunrises and mountain views.



KITCHENS:

- Each cabin includes a fully stocked kitchenette with a sink, coffee maker, induction cooktop, and microwave.



- A shared outdoor kitchen offers a great space for al fresco dining and cooking.



LIVING ROOMS:

- Each cabin’s cozy living room features a plush sleeper sofa, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring nature or enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

Guests have access to:



-The cabin

-The Community Fire pit, Hammock area and Outdoor Kitchen: located right outside the home.

-The lower pasture with a wooden fence and scenic walking trail.

The wedding venue grounds, including the grass area and large deck, are off-limits and reserved for wedding events. These areas are not part of your rental. Please respect these boundaries and message us if you're unsure.



You do not have access to the wedding venue grounds, which include the grass area, the large deck, and the lower four buildings. The property is divided, and that is not included in your rental. The grass especially cannot be walked on as it is specialty grass that is treated and kept up for wedding purposes.

Getting Around:

Wildwood Ga Exit, right onto Hwy 299, right onto Hwy 11 N, left onto Old Birmingham Hwy, left on Pope creek Road, Left onto gravel driveway at sign for The Overlook Village.



Enjoy our walking trails or drive to nearby tourist sites, just minutes away!



Other Things to Note:

No Smoking: Smoking inside the cabins will incur a cleaning fee of up to $150.



No Pets: Unauthorized pets will result in a $150 cleaning fee and potential eviction.



Age Requirement: Minimum age of 18 required for booking.



No Parties: No large gatherings or events allowed.



Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. No loud music or noise.



No Fireworks/Firearms: Firearms must be locked in your vehicle during your stay.



Children: The cabins are not childproof. Parents must supervise children, especially around the parking lot, creek, and fire pit.
