Wonderful home on beautiful property. Outside space was amazing, we enjoyed the outside dining area and fire pit. Inside was very comfortable and kitchen had everything needed. We were able to see the meteor shower, perfect view without having to drive anywhere. Close to the PA Grand Canyon and our dog really enjoyed the river! Communication was great, although the comprehensive guide book meant we had no questions!

we had no children. we were here to fish.the water was good and the weather great. the propane tank on the grill did not provide enough gas to heat up the grill, so we switched to the second tank.no problem everything was fine.we did break one dish, sorry.this was out 4th or 5th year at this property. it is perfect for us. there was no need for a/c this time, but it was nice that you added a/c units. the firewood supply was nice.

Amazing Amazing Amazing!!! We spent 3 nights at this amazing gem over the Holidays, it had everything we wanted and more. Starting from the host Josh, who complied with all our requests to make this Christmas a magical celebration to always keeping in touch. The house is cozy and the rooms are just beautiful. The amount of space it has made our fury babies enjoy every minute we spent there! If you want to escape from the city and relax and enjoy nature look no further this house is everything you are looking for! Thank you for making our stay a memorable one Josh!

This property is on a private setting with a lot of fun and relaxation to be had! From the outdoor swings, the fire pit with comfy Adirondack chairs to the cool electronic game board, it is a cozy and comfy destination! Josh ensured to communicate before our arrival, had a great local guide, and reached out to make sure all went well upon check in. We will be back!
