There are no cameras inside the cottage or in any private outdoor areas, ensuring complete privacy for all guests.

Please note that the indoor fireplace is not operational, and firewood is not provided. Guests can, however, make full use of the outdoor fire pit for evening fires and gatherings. It’s the perfect setting for roasting marshmallows, enjoying quiet conversations, or simply watching the stars reflect on the lake.

Guests traveling with pets are welcome, but we ask that all pets be kept on a leash while on the property and never left unattended inside the cottage. This helps ensure the safety of your pet, the comfort of future guests, and the preservation of the property. A fee of $250 will apply for any pet-related damages.

To keep the property clean and enjoyable for everyone, guests are asked to dispose of garbage responsibly at the nearest transfer station. Directions and details are provided in the check-in instructions. Leaving garbage behind on the property will result in a $200 penalty, as it’s important to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for all guests.

Parking is available for up to five vehicles, all of which must be parked on the driveway. Street parking is not permitted, and vehicles should not block access points or be parked on the grass or landscaped areas. These simple rules help maintain both the safety and beauty of the property.
