This oceanfront condo offers the perfect beachfront getaway just 248 steps from the sand. This charming, resort-style villa blends coastal elegance with modern comfort. Inside, you'll find stylish flooring throughout and an inviting, well-appointed kitchen featuring sleek white cabinetry, electric cooktop, toaster oven/air fryer, coffee maker, blender and dishwasher.

A spacious king-size bed is located in the open concept bedroom which offers plenty of storage space. The fully furnished villa has all items you need for a relaxing vacation. The living room provides a queen-size sofa sleeper, armchair, dining table and chairs. There are Smart TVs in the bedroom and living room with a full range of cable and local channels. Enjoy breakfast or happy hour watching the waves crash in from high-top chairs on the balcony. Two complimentary bikes, a beach umbrella, and chairs are provided for your convenience.

Sea Side Villas is a gated community with 2 pools, a grilling area, sun deck and swing. It is ideally located on the south end of Hilton Head Island, just a short stroll to the lively Coligny Plaza, offering shopping, dining, and entertainment. A great honeymoon

My new wife and I have been to Hilton head a lot in the past and we decided we wanted to go back for our honeymoon. David was wonderful to work with and made life super easy. It was a wonderful week.

We were extremely pleased with the unit. The bedroom, with lots of closets and drawer space, was the best part (other one bedroom units we’ve rented have been claustrophobic in the bedroom). The view to the ocean, proximity to the beach and the fabulous sun deck were highlights of the vacation. The kitchen is extremely small and you don’t want to plan to cook much. But the restaurants on the island make up for that.

Great location and view, needs updates

I was hesitant to leave a review because it seems the host may get defensive, but I’ve been reminded multiple times. This was my husband and I’s 4th time staying at Sea Side Villas, and you certainly can’t beat the location. The direct ocean view of this particular unit is the absolute best, and we loved leaving the balcony slider open and listening to the waves. Our biggest issue was the comfort of the bed and the couch. We had trouble sleeping because the mattress is very hard, and we could not find anything in the unit which would help with this. To be fair, we did not reach out to the host about it. The couch is very dated and not comfortable. There was a personal (framed) photo of who I assume is the host on one of the dressers, which we thought was weird. The mirrors everywhere were a bit off-putting, but we knew to expect that from the listing photos. Overall, the unit has everything you need and the space is set up well, but it definitely needs updates and some TLC.

We loved the location and the views of the ocean. The condo was a perfect size for us. The only negative was the deck; we felt like it was sagging and did not feel secure in the high deck chairs. We very much enjoyed this Hilton Head Get-away!

The perfect location

This beautiful property is located at the beachfront, with an amazing ocean view. Located a brief walk from Coligny Beach and shops, equiped with bicycles for the teail make this a great getaway location. Management and property were amazing.

Pretty good condo with a great ocean view

TLDR; the value of this was rental was very high given its great ocean view, proximity to Coligny Plaza, and price (I think I got lucky booking a few days during the busy season). The unit is a bit run-down, but I would still recommend renting it provided you can get it for a reasonable price. PROS: * Excellent ocean view & sounds * Only 0.4 miles from Coligny Plaza, which is better than ever * The AC unit is quite powerful * The host was responsive * Amenities like beach chairs & bikes provided at no additional cost (though we didn't use them) CONS: * Balcony is a bit cramped (partly the huge AC unit's fault) and its tall chairs were uncomfortable * The AC unit is loud enough to drown out ocean sounds * Directives from the host (e.g. - checking out checklist) seemed a bit excessive for a vacation rental * Lots of little bugs (though an exterminator showed up during our stay) * Need to remember separate codes for the door lock, lockbox, entry gate, and beach gate

Wonderful view!

This was our first trip to Hilton Head. We booked this condo based purely on the view from the balcony. And that view did not disappoint! When we were not on the beach or sleeping we spent the majority of our time on the balcony. Even though it was blazing hot outside there seemed to always be a breeze on the balcony that made if comfortable to sit out there. From there we saw wildlife we have never seen at the beach before..deer, cardinals, blue birds and rabbits. The inside of the condo was very clean. It was somewhat small, but honestly we spent most of our time outside. Making any meals is difficult and there is not a lot of kitchen storage for food. The bed was amazing! We are actually sitting at home this morning with stiff backs wishing we had that mattress here. The AC works great as well, which is much appreciated in hot July/ August days.

Nice view

This place was great and was perfect for my husband and I. The view was amazing and I loved drinking my coffee in the morning on the balcony. We loved that there were bikes available as we rode the provided bikes everywhere. Location is very close to shopping and lots of restaurants. Great place.

Fantastic Ocean Front Villa

This villa is exactly as pictured and described and is perfect for 2 adults. For 2 weeks, my husband and I enjoyed our morning coffees on the balcony watching the sun rise, the shrimp boats, the beach goers, and many mornings dolphins swimming by. The view is unobstructed, and the beach path is very close. The bed is very supportive and comfortable. The unit is on the third floor, in a very quiet location with very little foot traffic. The central air conditioning unit keeps the entire unit comfortable. Dave, the owner was very easy to reach and responded quickly to any questions we had. Seaside Villas is in a perfect location, close to Coligny and all its shops, restaurants, and parks. It is a short bike ride to most other destinations on the island. We hope to come back to Hilton Head again and would like to rent this unit.

Villa that can't be beat!

We had a wonderful stay and this villa really can't be beat. It is a tremendous value when you consider the breathtaking ocean view, easy and direct walk to the beach, plentiful and convenient parking, lovely pool and well kept grounds, close proximity to restaurants and shopping, well-equipped kitchenette, new floors and lovely decor, comfortable bed and bedding. We highly recommend this unit and we hope to return next year!

Our stay at Seaside Villas 326 was fantastic. The view from the balcony overlooking the ocean was amazing and it provided us with stunning views all the time. , The bed was comfortable, the TVs were helpful when falling asleep, the air conditioning was perfect throughout the whole condo and it had everything we needed for a great stay. Thank you David for a fantastic stay and we will definitely be back again!
