La principal propiedad frente al mar de este West End llamada Sandpiper (frente a Joe's Cafe) tiene las vistas más increíbles. Esta unidad 1035 SF tiene todo lo que está buscando. Pisos de porcelana italiana, chimenea de gas, una cocina bellamente decorada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, 2 terrazas frente al mar, aire central y 2 lugares de estacionamiento. Los 2 dormitorios, cada uno con sus propios baños con azulejos en suite, se encuentran en los extremos opuestos de la unidad, lo que ofrece una gran privacidad. Women’s Week

This was by far the best experience at a VRBO in Ptown. Marco was the best host, he responded immediately when we had a question. He went above and beyond with everything. The unit was as beautiful as described on line. Thank you Marco for making our Ptown vacation awesome! Cannot wait to rebook.

A waterfront delight!

We had a lovely time staying at Marco’s property. Well appointed and location on quiet end of Commercial street. Steps to tea-dance and close to town. Lovely waterfront views from each room. We were two couples and bedrooms spaced apart to give privacy yet main rooms gave wonderful social space to be together. Very communicative and fast responses to the questions we had. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Fabulous place

I loved this place and I will be back next year for three weeks. The place is gorgeous! There are views of the water, Pilgrim monument, Commercial street, etc. This is by far the best place I have stayed in Provincetown. Marco, the owner, was checking in with me from the beginning. I’m so looking forward to next year!

Perfect place to spend a week in P-Town

Best location for people watching, especially everyone headed to/from the afternoon tea dance at the Boatslip next door. Loved that we could have both water views from every room and yet enjoy the large courtyard on Commercial Street as well. Not many properties give you the best of both. Also loved that the bedrooms were on opposite sides of the top floor unit giving plenty of privacy. Loved laying in bed listening to the waves lap at the beach below. Unit is well stocked with everything that you need for a nice stay and hosts were very responsive communicators.

Great Space/View/Location…BUT BYO-almost everything

The space was GREAT…well kept up; wonderful views; bedrooms separate (which can be nice); could not have a better location (if you want to be in thick of “action” but still quiet). Only downside was lack of shampoo, soap, coffee and other small essentials. Owner’s response was that they provide “initial as a courtesy” (a very small shampoo; a couple of coffee pods, etc), but not more since people have “different preferences.” As someone flying into Boston and not liking to check bags, my — and I think many’s — first preference is to not think about shopping for essentials if I’m staying a few days on vacation and now having big things to take home on flight.

One of the Best Condos in Provincetown

The condo was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. While we knew there were wonderful water views from the living room and bedrooms we were pleasantly surprised that the large courtyard facing Commercial Street was for our exclusive use. Spent many hours people watching while enjoying drinks, food and conversations with friends.

Perfect condo and location, thoroughly enjoyed

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The rooms are large with able space. The living area had comfortable couches to lounge while resting between events. The kitchen was well stocked with good sturdy countertops. A fantastic feature is the outdoor area. We sat and watched the parade of people go by in comfort and style. Beds were comfortable and The shower in the master was large and easy to move around in. Balconies offered beautiful morning sunrises and the fireplace gave warm on chilly mornings. I would absolutely stay here again. Great fun and company was had by all. Location hard to beat.

5 Star Condo with hosts that care

Everything about this rental was excellent. Believe the photos in the listing! The check in process was seamless and all the functionality of the rental was wonderfully laid out in a binder explaining all the necessary information required for your stay. The condo was well located, beautifully furnished and spotless. The kitchen was fully stocked with almost new appliances, stylish dishes, glassware, barware, gadgets, and pots and pans. Great internet and TVs too, when the weather keeps you indoors. It is clear, from start to finish, that the owners/hosts care about their rental and want to ensure that their renters enjoy their stay! We’ll be back!

Incredible stay in Provincetown

I cannot say enough about this incredible property, it's location and Marco! Nothing was left to chance at this beautiful property. From the landscaping, to the courtyard and up the stairs to the incredible views - everything was spectacular. The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen we have ever seen in all of our travels. The views from the two balconies were incredible, we were up early to watch the sunrise and ended each evening with a glass of wine to watch the sun go down. Marco answered my MANY questions that I had about restaurants, rentals and activities on the island. Even though we had to leave a day early because Hurricane Lee was headed our way - we absolutely loved our 5 days in Provincetown and will definitely return. Thank you Marco for everything!

Spacious with Spectacular Views and Great Location

We were so impressed that after five minutes we booked again for next year. Besides the obvious amazing location, the flat is very well appointed with everything we needed. The owners are very detail oriented and clearly know how to ensure guests have an amazing stay. Lots of room and storage. The front patio is a great place to hang out. This is the first place in 25 years we have been coming to PTown that we want to stay again.

Top Floor of the Sandpiper

This is an amazing property. The views are spectacular and Marco and Eric are great hosts. They resolved every issue we had immediately and were most accommodating throughout our stay. We have re-booked for next year and look forward to another beautiful week in P'Town.

Beautifully Designed Unit

This 2 bedroom/2 bath unit was designed with extraordinary care. No detail was left to chance. From the extraordinarily well equipped kitchen to the exquisite views, this place has it all. Go for it! You will be glad you did. And the manager was a great communicator and very responsive as well.

Wonderful stay in Provincetown

I cannot say enough about Marco‘s property. It’s exactly as described with two bedrooms nicely separated, a full living room, 2 1/2 baths, two lovely small terraces facing the sea and a wonderful perch outside to watch the scene on Commercial Street. The views of the harbor are equally impressive out the bedroom windows and the decor is modern and well done. Marco is very responsive, returning texts in just a few minutes, addressing any questions we had. Only recommendation is to bring your own hair and soap products as the apartment only has small starters as Marco points out on the listing.

Hello, We are Eric & Marco. We bought our Ptown condo back in 2018. It was a dream of ours to own a place in one of our favorite spots in the world. We love to travel and have visited multiple country around the world and we want to take those experiences and apply them to your vacation. We take great pride in making sure that your experience will be the best one you can have.

The Sandpiper has always been the place that we have always dreamed of owning. We visited Ptown for the past 20 years and always stayed at the same B&B across the street. Looking across the street we admired the beautiful victorian building and wonder what it would be like to live there one day. In 2018 the opportunity came available and we were able to make it happen.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Besides the AMAZING views that we offer, It is in the heart of Ptown. It is hard to find the perfect balance between being centrally located while not having all the noise from outside. You are directly on Commercial St. and are only a 5 to10 minute walk to almost everything near you. Because, the the penthouse is on the third floor and in the back of the house, on the ocean side, you can't hear any noise from the street. Also, both bedrooms have their own private bathrooms that are on opposite ends of the condo witch makes this ideal for the ultimate privacy from your other guests.
