Pisos de porcelana italiana, chimenea de gas, una cocina bellamente decorada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, 2 terrazas frente al mar, aire central y 2 lugares de estacionamiento. Los 2 dormitorios, cada uno con sus propios baños con azulejos en suite, se encuentran en los extremos opuestos de la unidad, lo que ofrece una gran privacidad. Tu propio patio privado en Commercial St.

Fabulous place

I loved this place and I will be back next year for three weeks. The place is gorgeous! There are views of the water, Pilgrim monument, Commercial street, etc. This is by far the best place I have stayed in Provincetown. Marco, the owner, was checking in with me from the beginning. I’m so looking forward to next year!

Marco was extremely helpful with information on stay and places to eat. The condo is very nicely appointed. The kitchen has everything you need. We didnt use as the restaurants are fabulous. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

This condo is beautifully decorated and in the perfect location. Everything is within walking distance but should you want to travel by car the on-site parking is a rare treat for Commercial Street.

We had an amazing time. Marco is an incredible host. The best part was the outdoor patio with fire pit and bbq that has front row view of commercial st. Perfect for people watching. At a distance.

Hello, I would like to take a moment to review my last guest. Ali and his partner were model guests. I had an opportunity to to speak with him and talk to him. He is so nice and very personable with a great sense of humor. They followed all the house rules and left the place in great condition and there were no damages. They actually help the cleaning crew by starting some laundry and dishes. It’s greatly appreciated in PTown. I would highly recommend to anyone that if Ali asks to rent your home that you do so. I also look forward to hosting Ali and his husband in the future. Thank you for being such great guests.

A waterfront delight!

We had a lovely time staying at Marco’s property. Well appointed and location on quiet end of Commercial street. Steps to tea-dance and close to town. Lovely waterfront views from each room. We were two couples and bedrooms spaced apart to give privacy yet main rooms gave wonderful social space to be together. Very communicative and fast responses to the questions we had. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

One of the Best Condos in Provincetown

The condo was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. While we knew there were wonderful water views from the living room and bedrooms we were pleasantly surprised that the large courtyard facing Commercial Street was for our exclusive use. Spent many hours people watching while enjoying drinks, food and conversations with friends.

Amazing views and location!

Overall great experience! The condo was very clean and had great views from every room. Marco was very quick to respond to any questions, communication was great. This was just what we needed after being locked down for the last year. Would definitely recommend, close to everything and very quiet.

This is an amazing property. The views are spectacular and Marco and Eric are great hosts. They resolved every issue we had immediately and were most accommodating throughout our stay. We have re-booked for next year and look forward to another beautiful week in P'Town.

We love to travel and have visited multiple country around the world and we want to take those experiences and apply them to your vacation. We take great pride in making sure that your experience will be the best one you can have.

The Sandpiper has always been the place that we have always dreamed of owning. We visited Ptown for the past 20 years and always stayed at the same B&B across the street. Looking across the street we admired the beautiful victorian building and wonder what it would be like to live there one day. In 2018 the opportunity came available and we were able to make it happen.

Also, both bedrooms have their own private bathrooms that are on opposite ends of the condo witch makes this ideal for the ultimate privacy from your other guests.
