Nestled in a prime location amidst all of Kiawah Island's charm, within minutes of your stay you will be on the beach. When you aren't playing in the warm sand, you can explore Freshfields Village, Bohicket Marina, Night Heron Park, nature paths and the many splendid golf courses available on Kiawah Island. Easy walk to the Nest Café and mini market, the Roy Barth Tennis Center and the Sanctuary Hotel, offering an elegant spot for a cocktail, a meal and shopping. There are also over 30 miles of paved bike paths around Kiawah itself, many shaded and leading to beach access points.
Downtown Historic Charleston is only 26 miles away and boasts numerous world-renowned restaurants and vibrant shopping opportunities.
Equally bright and beautiful, the interior of Parkside 4518 features lovely finishes like warm wood flooring, stone fireplace, picturesque views from the windows, and an abundance of coastal charm. This second- floor home offers elegant high ceilings with unique architectural details. Soaked in sunshine, the open living room has ample seating and a Smart TV. The large round dining table is perfect for meals with friends and family as well as games and puzzles. The open layout of the well-equipped kitchen allows for socializing while cooking. The kitchen has spacious marble countertops for meal prep and a full suite of brand new appliances so you can make your culinary creations come to life. A private washer/dryer is available in this space.
The large screened-in porch offers a a cozy seating area, a dining space and a ceiling fan for added comfort. The back porch, offers two rocking chairs overlooking the manicured garden, palm trees and live oaks. The spacious bedrooms come adorned with soft linens, ceiling fans, private TVs, and lots of closet space. The home is well equipped with beach toys, boogie boards, games, puzzles and books. Central air-conditioning, and internet access round out the interior conveniences.
