We had a great time enjoying this house, the location and beach ⛱ We learned to keep the doors closed to each floor and the bedroom doors to keep the house and bedrooms cool.

Great property

Had a great, relaxing stay here with my family. Beautiful walks on the beach each day. Restaurants in the area are fantastic. A must have stop is Mazzaros Italian Market in St Pete!! Will be back

Great beachfront getaway

Needed weekend accommodations while attending an event in St. Petersburg, and this property more than fit the bill. It's a little tricky getting to (blink and you'll go right past the driveway), but worth it. Property was in very good condition, with great views of both the intracoastal and Gulf of Mexico. Plenty of nearby options for dining. Our group really enjoyed it!

We had a fabulous time!!!

Over all experience was great!!! Basic cleaning was great just need to clean the vents, make sure all light bulbs work, and screen doors need to be fixed but honestly a great stay we would come back!!

Great house for a family event.

Great location has a view of the beach and a short path to the beach but not ocean front. Loved the house and the elevator is essential. Clean and ready for us and had all the necessary items for cooking etc.

Lovely time. Nice views and great beach access. Well equipped place. Property manager was quick to help with a question. Only slight wrinkle was the lock on the door is a little fussy.

3 story house with beach access

Many amenities, nice location, no dogs allowed on the beach, house very clean except for fans. Fans very very dusty!! Ceiling lights in top floor covered in dust working elevator. House maintained well and stocked with sheets, blankets , pillows , glasses coffee maker and an Alexa!

Family vacation

Beautifully decorated beach home with lovely views of the ocean on the multi level outdoor sitting areas. House has everything you need including beach chairs and toys. Very clean and well stocked. Only concern was a musty smell on the second level of the house. Lots of nearby dining. Would definitely return!

Overall, we were pleased with the rental. A few issues: stained, dirty cushions on fourth floor porch sofa, load noise in water pipes when using shower in third floor, missing light in fourth floor refrigerator.

Lovely beach house

Home was as beautiful as photos depict, with 3 floors and a balcony on each floor overlooking beach, fully stocked, beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean. Full kitchen and dining table on 3rd floor for gorgeous views for meals. Highly recommend! Located between St. Pete and Clearwater for restaurants, activities, steps away to beach access. Our group of 4 had plenty of space but can definitely accommodate larger groups too. Terrific!

Great spaces for all!

Great access to the beach. Perfect spaces for all those who travelled with us. The master suit was perfect for my husband who was recovering from a surgery. The kids had a great time with the games and coloring supplies. Plenty of beach toys, towels, life jackets, and a wagon to drag all the stuff to the beach. Be prepared to bring all your own spices/seasonings , coffee, etc…none of that is provided. Overall it was perfect for our trip and met all expectations.

Wonderful property steps from the beach

Wonderful property literally steps from the beach. Despite being the 2nd property beach side, it's still like being right on the beach. There were many beach towels, 4 beach chairs and a beach umbrella that we used every day. The design of the beach umbrella/tent was a very easy design to put up. Quick trips back to the house for a restroom break, a quick snack, or lunch. The elevator is helpful. Worked great upon arrival when hauling a lot but if you were a person with limited ability to do stairs it could be a frustrating stay. The decor is very nice, the kitchen is stocked with enough pans, kitchen utensils, etc. View is beautiful. Beds are comfortable. We had 4 adults no small children. (Kids without ability to do stairs could be kind of tough). Good location with plenty of places to eat. We would stay again.

Review

Overall it was good. Disappointed because we were told the code for the beach chairs and toys was the same as the door and it was not. Had to go buy those things. Also, the toilet on 3rd floor doesn’t work correctly. Would be nice to have chairs tall enough on the top balcony to actually see over the railing. Thanks
