Indian Rocks Beach is part of a barrier island and offers nearly three miles of beautiful and accessible beaches along the glittering Gulf of Mexico. It is nestled between Mile Markers 16 and 18 along Gulf Boulevard where at various points spectacular water views of both the Gulf and Intracoastal Waterway are enjoyed.

Misrepresented On Web site

Booked for the beach view balcony only to arrive with plastic sheeting on sliding glass doors, red tape and no entry signs on the balcony. NO ONE EVER MENTIONED CONSTRUCTION ONGOING WITH THIS PROPERTY. Workers started with construction noise at 0730... we were not happy. VACASA did give a discounted rate after I complained. I would not recommend this place.

Indian Rocks Beach

Beautiful unit, well appointed, well stocked, very clean. Enjoyable visit, great location, private parking, easy access to beach. Recommend to those seeking laid back week at IRB.

Terrific location!

Really great location with so many things within walkable distance. Beautiful beach is 2 minute walk away. Condo is very spacious with newer furniture and comfortable bed. Kitchen and bathrooms however are very dated. Management company is okay but not particularly diligent. We did have a couple of issues (defective hot water heater being the biggest) that took days to resolve. All in all we had a great couple of weeks.

We enjoyed our stay at this well equipped condo. Great view, and a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. We would definitely return!

Spring break 2023

Location was great! For the money we had to pay, the dryer didn't work and carpet needed cleaned in bedroom. More bathroom towels needed. 6 bath towels left for 6 people with no dryer.

Grandparents and 3 awesome grandchildren

First vacation with our 3 grandchildren. The location of the condo was perfect , our view was of the beach, the condo was clean and very functional and very comfortable ! I loved everything about our stay would definitely go back.

I took my brother on a fishing trip as this may be his last one - he has metastatic cancer. We had great fishing (with Tyson Wallerstein of Flats Monster Fishing) and we absolutely loved the view and the bright and colorful condo. thank you

Beautiful apartment

We had a pleasant stay at this beautiful apartment in Indian Rocks beach. It is perfect for a single family. The apartment has a cute beachy vibe. The maintenance crew was very prompt and helpful with a bathroom issue. Would recommend with no reservations.

Very Nice

Great location! Nice condo but needs updating . Parking is very tight . The Beach and view of sunset make up for anything else . Would defiantly recommend .

Beach get away

We had a great time and location was perfect. Only issues was with the toilet in the master bath. It took a long time for the tank to fill and it seemed to run off an on all night so was a bit of a disruption when trying to sleep

Beautiful Stay- Steps from Pool & Beach

This wonderful place has the best views of the bay and ocean. It was absolutely perfect for our young family & was very clean. The best part was the location- only steps away from the pool and beach. It certainly exceeded our expectations and we look forward to returning again soon:) We also loved having the benefit of a washer/dryer in the unit as well as a pack n play for the baby. Thank you for a beautiful vacation filled with incredible memories!

Loved our stay

My husband, daughter and I stayed a week in the condo. we loved our time there. The location is excellent and views were fantastic. The condo is very well stocked. Appreciated the beach chairs and towels! We can't wait to plan another trip.

Need a ladder

Overall nice place to stay, the only thing preventing a 5 star rating is the couch and love seat in the living room appear to be futons and lack any type of good body posture for sitting. Both my mom and I had back pain the entire 2 weeks. Also the bed in the master bedroom is so high you need a ladder to get into it. I am 6 feet tall and cannot sit on the edge of the bed with my feet flat on the floor. There is no reason a bed should be that high. My mom would never have been able to get into it.

Fantastic location

Fantastic location with restaurants within walking distance. We had a great 3 week stay. The condo was spacious and being so close to the beach was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Best equipped kitchen ever

For the past 10 years, we rent properties like this one at least twice a year. So over the years, I have seen my share of apartments and condos. Besides the perfect 1 minute walk to the beach, the view of the beach from the patio the kitchen sure stands out of what it had on pots, pans, and utensils. Two stoves build-in microwave, a coffee machine you name it had it. For a family that likes to cook and eat it a perfect combination of beach living at its best. The nearest Publix is 1 mile away. You can't have it any better than that! Thank you will definitely come back.

Nice and Relaxing

The stay at the property in question was very nice and relaxing. The only minor issue we had was with passing traffic on Gulf Blvd. at all hours of the night. The blinds unfortunately did not block the traffic lights and noise at all. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay.
