This second-floor oceanfront 3BR/2BA condo offers stunning views of the white-sand beach, a spacious layout, and nautical design elements.

Located in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach, you’re within walking distance to local seafood restaurants, bustling nightlife, shopping, and numerous beaches.

LIVING AREA

Natural light pours into the open living space with tiled floors and a relaxed, nautical vibe. Sprawl out on the sofa or love seat and enjoy a movie on the 27” flat-screen TV. An additional armchair offers a relaxing seat to curl up with a book.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-equipped kitchen features updated stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for four. Share meals at the dining table set for six.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This condo includes three bedrooms that sleep six total. Two full bathrooms are each stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries.

The master bedroom is outfitted with a plush king-size bed, closet, ceiling fan, and 22” flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom features a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, closet, and ceiling fan. Two twin-size beds are found in the third bedroom, as well as a dresser and ceiling fan.

OUTDOOR AREA

Sliding glass doors open to the private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the pool. Grab a cold beverage and relax on the Adirondack chairs while the sun sets across the ocean.

Soak up some vitamin D and splash in the shared pool and hot tub -- just steps from your door. A grill is available in the pool area for home cookouts.

EXTRA AMENITIES

Parking is available for two vehicles in the covered parking garage. A washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided.

THE LOCATION

Indian Rocks Beach includes 2.7 miles of beautiful beachfront along the Gulf of Mexico. Intercoastal waterways and easily accessible beaches offer abundant water activities including stand-up paddleboarding, fishing, snorkeling, and scuba diving. Spend a day entertaining the kids at Splash Harbour Water Park -- just 5 minutes from home.

Ride the beach trolley to John's Pass Village; a large marina, shopping and dining complex offering water sports rentals, casino boats, as well as dolphin-watching and sunset cruises. Drive 15 minutes north to Clearwater Beach with a plethora of shops, restaurants, and the Clearwater Aquarium.

Savor fresh local seafood at the award-winning Salt Rock Grill or nearby casual eateries including Keegan’s, Guppy’s, and Backwaters. Watch the sunset at Caddy’s Pub or stop by the iconic Lighthouse Donuts for a sweet treat, all just minutes from your vacation home.
As of October 23, 2023, an emergency beach dune restoration project will occur along two zones in Indian Rocks Beach. (The two zones are 23rd Ave. to 28th Ave. and White Hearst Avenue to Central Avenue.) Once the project begins the public can expect hundreds of trucks per day in the area, which will cause traffic delays. Beach access will be limited.

Family Vaca 2024

Awesome time. This is our 3rd time staying at this location. This is home away from home on our vacation. I love the near by eating places. I love that the condo sits facing the beach, the pool and hot tub. The pool cleaning guy and condo cleaning lady are so nice. Check in and checkout seamless. The Condo visitors next door envied our keyless entry and check in process. Thank you all so much

Never again Vacasa

First, I have never given a bad review before. Most of our issue was with the listing and Vacasa. 6 people booked 5 attended. Beach front condo with pool which is what we paid, a lot, for. Listing showed beach chairs in unit. There was 1 folding camp chair. Called Vacasa to see about getting more - someone was to call us back or bring more the next day; no call back, no chairs. I again called was told the property manager said the beach chairs were the chairs by the pool (mesh non-folding lounge and sitting-pool chairs). When asked why someone didn’t call back, got an apology and was told property managers don’t call renters. This may seem like a small thing, but if you’re paying for something, you expect it. Beach chairs were important as we flew in and couldn’t bring our own and daily rentals get expensive for 5 people; we weren’t about to buy them only to leave them behind. The next issue we had was that the pool was out of service for 2 full days. Texted Vacasa, was told they’d put a note on the reservation. ?? Dated building. Main lobby lock totally broken off so door kept ajar with a rug. Loud pool generators and a/c condenser when sitting on deck. A/C wasn’t to go below 73 per orders of owner. Very dark scum/mold under both shower soap dishes. Well appointed/decorated unit and clean otherwise. A good portion of the cost of this property is fees and renters are not getting their money’s worth in that regard from Vacasa. Never again Vacasa.

The parking lot and pool area were dirty. People eating in the pool and drinking kids under 10 in the hot tub with diapers on people smoking marijuana, cigars, and cigarettes around the pool and on the property. It took me six days to get a vacuum cleaner so I can keep my unit clean. The property managers communication was very poor. It took days for them to get back to us, and nothing was ever resolved for the month that I was there, except for me getting the vacuum cleaner.

Older building in great location.

Got wrong wifi info for checkin. Tv did not work at first. Had to talk to service provider. Old tv. Location is great. Pool and hot tub are nice. Great beach walks.

Overall was nice. Some housekeeping issues. No water pressure in bathroom faucets. Shower curtain liner had mold. One cable box was not working. Shower drain was slow and water backup. Pool gate to beach was broken.

From the view, to the area and place itself, it was perfect. Ever larger than pictures portray, our family had plenty of room to spread out or gather together when we wanted.

Beach Paradise

Easy check-in, beautiful condo, right on the beach, beautiful views and sunsets, well-stocked kitchen, nice furnishings, beach towels and beach chairs. Floors were not clean, but manager sent a person to clean them, and also left a vacuum cleaner for us to use. We had beautiful weather for our 6 week stay. We would love to rent again sometime. Our only disappointment was that we couldn't bring our golden retrievers, as the condo association does not allow dogs.

Nice updated Unit

First time at this property but have vacationed in IRB for over 20 years. The unit was clean and updated. The pool area was cleaned daily. Sunsets from the balcony were breathtaking! The only drawback was the noise from the guests in the unit above. We could hear and feel the constant foot traffic from above.

Wonderful Time

This condo was great. It looked to be newly renovated. Layout was awesome and the view to the ocean was spectacular. We saw dolphins and manatees on multiple occasions. Pool area was immaculate and a sweet older couple cleaned it every morning. The only negatives were you can hear the other neighbors in their rooms as others have posted in their reviews and the beach on the weekends is very crowded due to the public access being next door. During the week was quite pleasant with plenty of open space. These were not deal breakers the good far out weighs them and makes this condo well worth the money. We will definitely be back.

Indian Rocks Beach Condo ROCKS!

This condo was wonderful. It was very clean, updated and decorated beautifully. Well stocked from coffee filters to beach chairs and every thing in between. There is an elevator which is very helpful. The balcony over looks the pool and faces the beach. The beach is steps away from the pool. The pool was heated. The hot tub was very nice. You can watch beautiful sunsets from the balcony. The location was perfect. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. I will be returning!

Beautiful views and a beautiful place!

The gulf view was amazing and the unit was wonderful. It had everything one would need for your vacation. The building is quaint in size which we really enjoyed. We ate at Guppies several times, the food was amazing. We will be back.

excellent location

Condo is very much as expected. Nice clean condo, with many amenities provided. Rooms are good size and furniture is comfortable. Pool/beach items provided were a nice bonus. Balcony overlooking beach and pool is very nice, only downside is loud AC unit and hot tub running. Condo in excellent location, easy walking distance to many restaurants and a few shops. Overall, a very nice listing.

Perfect for large family

This condo is nicely updated and was super clean. I was pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen well stocked with more pots, pans, utensils etc. than I usually see in a beach condo. The refrigerator was big and relatively new. My husband and I stayed with our four kids and were perfectly comfortable. We also used the washer and dryer in the unit almost every day and they worked well. It did take us a couple of days to memorize the ten-digit door code. Whew. I would have loved the usual four digits, but still, not a huge problem.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a very pleasant experience. The location was amazing. The house was perfectly accommodating, clean, and well stocked for al our wants. A couple of issues were noise level between condos. We were acutely aware of all movement above us to the point of the sounds scaring our two year old. This wouldn’t have been an issue except our neighbors were up until at least 3am nightly. Also the neighboring house was getting a new roof and debris blew in to the pool for one of the entire days we were there so we didn’t use it.

The view of the sunsets made this memorable and it was great to have drinks on the balcony any turn of the day. Was great to be overlooking the pool and the beach. Our kids like to spend time at the pool so having the view of the pool was important, plus the proximity to the beach allowed for quick trips to the sand.

Highly recommended!

Great location, nice and updated decor, a very well stocked rental! Easy check-in. All cooking/ grilling, pool and beach play needs were provided. Top place for sunsets! Only 4-star for cleanliness as it could use some deep cleaning ...the common hallway, bed coverlets and windows come to mind. Not enough to stop me, will surely come back!
