With the sugary white sandy beach just footsteps away, you’re perched on the fifth floor with a private balcony overlooking Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary and stunning Gulf waters just beyond, accessible from both the living area and primary bedroom. The spacious (1,400 square feet) open floor plan with split bedrooms allows plenty of privacy and overflows with contemporary coastal elegance and cozy furnishings.

Whip up delicious dishes in the modern, well-equipped kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and all the little extras - including a blender, a toaster oven, a slow cooker, grill tools, baking tools, and pots and pans for large meals. The adjacent dining area is delightfully appointed.

Work or learn remotely while enjoying beachside views with a desk in every room (one extra monitor). Enjoy free WiFi, cable, and smart TVs situated in the living area and each bedroom.

Rest in hidden luxury in the stylish primary suite with a memory foam mattress with cooling foam technology for better sleep, and awaken to seaside views. Indian Shores is a quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach that is popular with everyone from snowbirds to seabirds. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the US and the fun-filled Splash Harbour Water Park.
